Went to buy haircare products and was told I had to be a licensed professional in order to buy from the store Friendly staff bad policy

I love the ladies that work at salon centric. They are always so helpful. Sariah has really went out of her way to help me more than once & I appreciate her & all of the women that work there!

The worst salon centric I have ever been in. Unorganized, unprofessional, nothin is ever in stock. Boxes everywhere. Messy! One young short girl with short hair is always so sweet. The rest are always so clueless and lost. Standing in line 10 mins for a box of color? When there’s 4 other people working? There’s a line! Most are stocking up on a short lunch break. Open the other register! You ask about it and now everyone has an attitude. What the heck? I wish I didn’t have to come here. But it’s the only option. Disappointed every time.

They have the products that are hard to find elsewhere. Kind of disappointed. Recent visit I found out I'm not allowed to purchase anything because I don't have an account OR business. In other words, no regular customers allowed to purchase anything that are not a salon owner or have an account to purchase for a salon business. I"m sure I can find the products I need elsewhere.

Always find everything we need. Carla is always helpful and so knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Usually have what I need. They workers are friendly and helpful.
