Walked in looking for perfume. Tons of employees around but no one wanting to help. They all just lingered around talking amongst themselves. We immediately left and went to Sephora inside kohls where we were immediately welcomed and they were very eager to help us. I recommend taking your business to the Sephora inside of kohls. Their employees are amazing there! Ulta needs to take notes.

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. We booked online for my daughter to get her make up done prior to her formal. We recieved a text message confirmation and all that. We go in and they dont have the appointment on their books. The lady was one of the most rude people I have ever encountered, I wish I remembered her name so I could call her out directly. She should not be employed by any company that has anything to do with customer service.She starts the conversation with "What is it?" We show her the confirmation text and she says and I quote, "Well sometimes our website glitches" not an apology for something we booked almost two months ago. Just oh our website glitches. I tell her that this reflects poorly on the way Ulta does business and she legit shrugs. Terrible. Zero stars. She did try and call the other store, but the appointment time that was offered was way too early. Would have been better if they actually stuck to what they had confirmed almost two months ago.

I booked an appointment at their salon for a hair service I needed done before I fly out of state in less than a week. Less than 48 hours later, they sent a text 2 hours before my appointment, telling me it was canceled. No reason. No offer to have somebody else take the appointment. Now I'm scrambling to find somebody else to take me last minute and it is massively stressing me out. I won't bother rescheduling with them, because apparently they can't be trusted to keep their appointments and I can't risk them canceling on me again.

I wanted to leave a review for Frances, I booked a last minute appointment on the Ulta app for a hair cut & Frances was available so I chose her. I had a fantastic experience with her & she gave me exactly what I asked for. I got a shampoo, a blow dry & a haircut for $47. I think it was a great service, if you need to book anything in the salon please consider Frances on your next visit!

I set an appointment to get a scalp treatment since mine is very flaky and dry. I am getting married in a few months and wanted to do something nice for myself. My appt was for 5:30, I get there at 5:28 and go straight back to the salon area. Nobody was there so I went to the register to let them know I was there. The girl at the register was very nice. She told me to go back to the salon area and someone will be with me shortly. I go back and I’m just… waiting. I had maybe 5 different employees walk past me without a word. After 15 mins the appointment would have been over already, and still no one came to meet me in the salon. I’m not a confrontational person and I had already had an exhausting day at work so I just left. I’m usually a 3-strike kind of person but I’ve already had one other bad experience here so I’m just done.

I should have known with so many 1 star reviews and no response from whoever runs the reviews. 1st and last time to purchase anything from this store. Spent over $120 for 3 items and when I went in to pick up an online order. I chose to pick it up inside so I could look around. I went to the checkout line and stood behind 2 people They both got helped. It was my turn the lady at the register told me the line starts at the other side I said you just helped 2 people standing in front of me went over to the other side and waited behind 3 people it was my turn to the same lady help me and I told her I was here for pick up she was all rude rolled her eyes and said well when I get back I need to see your ID. Gave her my ID she opened the bag that was staples and ripped it up then gave it to me I asked her about the free items that came with what I purchased she told me no it would be in the receipt. I told her It was supposed to be a tote bag that was for mother's Day she then said ooh yeah we're out.

Only 3 stars because when I really liked a sample of a make up, there were no products avail for purchase...very dissapointing. This happend at least 5 times! I told the cashier when she asked if I found everything okay. Spent $$$ on make up that was my 2nd or 3rd choice.
