I’ve been a loyal client of Sherry’s for over five years, and she never disappoints! I see her twice a month for eyebrow threading, and every single time my brows are perfect. The one time I went somewhere else, I instantly regretted it! Even when Sherry isn’t there, someone else is present to do my eyebrows, and they do just as amazing a job. This shows me that Sherry takes the time to hire her employees carefully. I’ve also had my hair dyed and cut at this salon, and I absolutely loved the results. If you go frequently, their rewards points really add up, which makes it even more worth it. Furthermore, I’ve never once dealt with any negative attitude in their shop—the staff is always friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely continue coming back and recommending this salon.

Gel manicure chipped after 2.5 days. I think it was OLD POLISH and BROKEN LED LAMP. I had a groupon so I came here for a gel manicure. I was told to select my color, and there was no color wheel. So I had to just start opening polishes to see the colors. I noticed MANY of the gel polishes were very gooey and goopy, and they seemed very old. So I selected the best appearing polish based on texture, but apparently the polish was still old?? The LED light was half broken, only the right side worked and all the bulbs on left side were broken. So when curing the polish, I had to put my hands only on the right side. Even then, I thought the light still had issues because during the manicure, some nails weren’t curing properly, and the manicurist had to redo a few of them. Also, the cleanliness was so-so. When she pulled out the nail trimmers etc, I didn’t think they were sanitized. Giving them benefit of doubt, maybe they were sanitized prior to my arrival? But I really doubt it bc they didn’t look so clean. The only positive is the staff was polite, but this doesn’t make up for a bad manicure that I now need to correct myself. UPDATE: I am unsure how to reply to your comment, but your response is super UNPROFESSIONAL and honestly infuriating to me. You should 100% refund my money or offer me a free gel manicure since it lasted 2.5 days! And because your LED light is BROKEN! I left you two voicemails today as you are closed today. As you said yourself, it should last 3 weeks. When I do my gel manicure at home, or other salons, they last about 3 weeks. This lasted 2.5 days!! Also, in regard to sanitizing, there was something orange on the clippers and the girl used a tissue to wipe it off. I didn’t see her unwrap the clippers from any sort of sanitizing machine. So I believe they weren’t sanitized.

First time to this beauty salon . I read the reviews and it had some good ones . I like the ones on Katrina . So I called and asked for her . She was able to schedule me on the week that I called. I was very nervous being I was new to this place and a new beautian . She was ver helpful and explained and showed me the hair samples for hilights. She did a super job on my hair hilites. I just wished she hadn’t cut too much on my hair length . I have curly hair and gets shorter once it’s in curls . Other than that Katrina did a great job on my hair. For the owner , I wish that there was some water offer if a customers are going to be in there than a few hours .

I Love Jessica!! I followed her from JC, Penny's in Bakersfield, California she's the best hair stylist, she cuts the best hair around.. Go see her, the other women that do threading of the eyebrows are awesome as well great salon!!! Very clean and very nice and very convenient.. God bless you all.. 💞Shae💓 PS! Great customer service, Quality service, Quality Products. 🙋I try my hardest to provide quality service. Don't listen to them, Come on in! Everyones hair is different. Be honest with me about your hair and things will work out great. I love my job❤️. I love the fact that i can make people feel great about themselves💇💇‍♂️. I will forever stay learning. Avoid at all cost!!! They will scam you! They only charge 10$ for eyebrow threading but charged my mother and cousin 2$ extra each. One employee said it’s because "the worker did a new design for the eyebrows" and the other worker said "their eyebrows were thick and needed to be reshaped" First off.. my mother has hypothyroidism so she barely had any eyebrow hair to begin with so why did she get charged the extra? They also did not ask for a "new design" Second off… never have I ever heard of a thing that they charge extra to reshape or because of thickness. And if this is a new practice for you, why don’t you have a sign or tell the customer before??? I’ve been coming here for a year or two now and never heard that. It’s not something I’ve heard at other businesses anywhere either. And this review isn’t only because of the extra charge but also because of one terrible worker. This woman has done my eyebrows the last three times AND SHE IS THE WORST. Because of her, my eyebrows are now very uneven. I don’t know if they changed owners or what but I used to make a far drive to come here because they used to do my eyebrows perfectly. Congratulations though.. you’ve lost 4 customers and two weddings.

I usually come here mainly to get my eyebrows threaded and an occasional bang trim. I've always had a great experience every time I come in. The ladies are really nice and service is always super quick. They've been without a dedicated hair stylist for a while but a few months ago I went to get my eyebrows done and my bangs and saw they had hired a new girl, Karina. Of all the salons I've gone to, she's the only person who has managed to cut my bangs in exactly the way I want/like them. Based purely on that, I made another appointment with her to get my hair dyed. She did a phenomenal job with that too. I've been getting my hair done since I was in high school and have not ever been able to find a consistent stylist or salon I wanted to keep coming to. It's not that these places ever did a bad job, I just didn't feel like ever returning for one reason or another. With Karina, I'm so pleased with her work and she is literally the nicest person that I absolutely feel she's someone I will continue to come to.
