First time coming here, came shopping with my mom and Lupi was amazing. She assisted us, was very attentive, respectful and over all really helpful. It really did mean the world to my mom and I'm happy she was there to help. Thank you again Lupi. Definitely will be coming back with my mom in the future.

The shop has a very large selection of wigs, extensions, and hair products, at a lower price than most other salons. The sales lady was helpful, giving me information about the products, but she wasn’t exactly friendly. She didn’t smile or act like I was a valued customer. Not sure why, but just not that welcoming. Little bit of an attitude with the other customers as well. Overall, not a bad experience, and I would go back because of theirs huge selection and low prices.

I just left this place in tears. Worst customer service, so rude and just mean. I wish I had spent $80 anywhere else but here. I live in a rural area and have to drive an hour to buy my wigs. Unfortunately today I was pressed for time and needed to pick up something quickly. They could barely be bothered. I have never written a negative review in my entire life. Do yourself a favor and go to Blessed Beauty a couple miles away.

I've gone to a few beauty supply places, but Amen on Ming in Bakersfield is my new favorite. I received the best customer service. They were kind and helpful. The service I received made me feel valued. A big thank you to the owners and staff. I'll be back.

I did not know this place existed. I was looking for 4C products and Raw Shea Butter. They had what I needed. The prices were not high. The store is small and clean. They have fashion jewelery, make-up, facial cleaners, moisturizers, hair products, weave, wigs, and hair equipment. I found my beauty supply for the products I am not able to get at Sally Beauty. I liked the shop. I will return.
