SEPHORA

I went to Sephora today to pick up my favorite tower 28 spray because I am running low. The cashier was kind and reminded me that I was able to pick out a birthday gift, my birthday is on Friday. I picked the Summer Fridays b-day gift. However, I went to the restroom before leaving the mall and was going to apply some lip balm - to my surprise it was not inside the box. I immediately walked back to inform them the lip balm was not inside the box. They gave me a new one and the employee asked if I wanted to check to make sure it was inside this box… it was. I was just really thrown off by her demeanor / attitude about replacing it. These boxes have no tape or any type of protection from opening the box and tampering with said products .. which i also feel uncomfortable with. I do not want to be accusatory, but Sephora I would check the cameras and to other shoppers check your gift before leaving the store.

My husband and I were standing in line when one of the employees rushed us to the credit card checkout. I told her I wanted to use my points, and she said she could help with that. However, when it was our turn, she didn’t ask about using my points at all. Instead, she was more interested in asking about my husband’s occupation than actually assisting with our purchase. The whole experience felt rushed and unprofessional. Definitely not the welcoming and customer-focused service I expected.

Brittney follows around like a little puppy. It is like she thinks i am going to steal the whole store. follows me around the whole time i shop on many occasions and constantly asks if i need a basket even when i only have one thing in my hand. She has to go.

I went there to get a new lip product to wear every day and I had no idea where to start Megan and Courtney were such help they helped me find a perfect everyday lip look they were so kind and helpful I literally love the products that I got thank you so much❤️❤️❤️

Maria was by far the best employee to ever help me in any Sephora. Usually I’m greeted my a teenager that doesn’t know much about makeup up. Maria scanned my skin tone and tried 2 different shades and was friendly the whole time! I love love the make up she recommended to me. I hope she is there the next time I go.

Ana was great. Very informative and provided tons of tips and insights.

the employee who checked me out signed me up for kohls rewards without my consent. also tried to use a gift card and the employee tried it multiple times insisting it had no balance but as soon as i check at home there is a full balance on it. would not recommend coming here.
