Today I went in looking for eyeliner for my trip. Right away, a sweet girl i believe her name was Cruise asked if I needed help. We spent a few minutes going from brand to brand looking at other options and colors. She made the whole trip easy. I’ll definitely be coming here instead of Sephora from now on. She didn’t judge my lack of experience and explained how the color we picked would make my eyes pop and how to apply it best. We need more people like her in retail—she really knew her stuff! She told me to come back soon and I definitely will!

Visited the store just now and it was wonderful. Veronica was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on products. I appreciate her taking the time in assisting me. I have been lost in proper skin care. She was great! I look forward to visiting again! I recommend this place. Great staff!

Everette at Ulta was incredibly helpful and made booking my appointment easy and stress-free. The managers were also very nice and took the time to help me find the products I needed. Overall, excellent customer service and a great experience!

Awful place the salon manger was super rude I think her name was Lisa something. Haircut was uneven and when it came time to pay informed her of the uneven hair cut and she said it was even. I went home and ask my sister and she said it was uneven hair cut. The salon manger lied said it was fine and it was my fault looking at the mirror wrong. I never seen a a rude person in my life. No apology was ever made she had such horrible customer service. Never going back there again. Got my hair fixed elsewhere.

Everett was amazing and made my daughter’s trip to the salon and memory she’ll hold forever!!! He did an amazing job and her hair looks amazing! Definitely booking with him again

BEWARE! Don’t schedule a make up appointment here. On December 13th at 3:30 pm I had scheduled two make up appointments for my 30th birthday formal party. My friend did not have her service started until 4pm and my party started at 5pm. When we got there one of the make up artists had to stop doing the woman’s makeup that was before me and she had to do her own eyelashes at home herself. Everett, my make up artist was hysterically nervous. Hands shaking, bumping into my chair multiple times, sweaty hands touching my face. They even touched my hair twice even after I asked them not to as it was done for my party already. I gave them two options for my make up look and they chose one. What they chose was COMPLETELY different from what I got. I sat in the chair fighting back tears when I saw the look. Everett called his manager over and the general manager which didn’t help the situation. The salon manager was very unsympathetic, rude and said "well what’s wrong with it" seeing as the eye make up didn’t match at all. I told Everett to fix what they could and kept telling them "it’s okay, breathe, don’t look at the time". I ultimately had to finish my own makeup because it wasn’t what I envisioned and Everett was just too nervous. When it came to pay the salon manager was condescending and didn’t listen to what had happened. She insisted on charging us full price - my friend only had eyeshadow done (NO foundation, mascara, eyebrows, lips) which was what I was paying ($70). She didn’t even consider how I had to finish my own makeup. Everett stormed out and yelled at us and told us to consider that he was a new makeup artist. I wouldnt have scheduled an appointment if I knew that the make artist had little to no experience, especially paying full price. Everett and the salon manager threatened to call the cops and wouldn’t let us talk to the GM because "she was on break" but was up front the entire time. When I talked to the GM my friend was in tears because the salon manager said she was lying about having foundation on and they kept threatening to call the police. Finally the GM decided to charge us appropriately for the services we received and for making me an hour late to my own party. The salon manager as soon as I met her decided she did not like me and was unpleasant and unprofessional. The only one who kept their cool was my friends makeup artist who was professional until the very end. Experienced make up artists need to be hired for these types of services and time management needs to be practiced. Most importantly the salon manager should not be in customer service if her go to reaction is to call the police when a customer is not satisfied with a service. She was probably the worst part of my ulta experience. The general manager also needs to adopt a better attitude and approach. Overall if the employees aren’t avoiding helping customers they’re rude and unprofessional. Good thing Sephora is across the street and offers better customer experience and services. Good riddance.

Manager was super rude along with a few other of her workers. I'm not the type to go shop here all the time. Everytime I looked for help they ran the other way besides Emily, I think her name was. Very kind lady! I think Manager needs to take a step back and learn from her. I will not be coming here again. I'll stick to sephora next time.
