Amazing customer service and staff, all around great store soooo many products if you can't find what you need the ladies will help and I d o by know how one couldnt because the selection is pretty great! Convenient, wide aisles, open space, well lit, great little shop for vitamins and holistic health care items.

I absolutely love it here! Everyone is so incredibly nice and welcoming. Every time I’ve visited, Allison is always there working. She’s not only super friendly and full of knowledge, but she always goes out of her way to help me assisting me with exactly what I need and making sure I get it just right. She’s the kind of person who makes the whole experience special. Highly recommend!

My first order with Natural Healthy Concepts was completely seamless — fast shipping and great products. My second order had a few bumps along the way. I ordered temperature-sensitive items that need refrigeration, but my package arrived about a week late, meaning it went unrefrigerated for 21 days and wasn’t viable. I first called customer service around day 12 to ask about the delay and product viability. The representative told me it would still be fine for up to 14 days, even though the label clearly states it should only be kept unrefrigerated for 7 days. I was disappointed and honestly planned on not ordering again. When the delivery was well past the expected date, I called again and spoke with a different representative — who was incredibly helpful. He explained that they normally replace orders if they’re more than six days late and immediately resent my order via expedited shipping to Maui. The replacement arrived quickly, but one bottle was cracked. I called back, and thankfully got the same helpful rep, who sent a new bottle right away. Everything was packaged very well, so the damage clearly wasn’t their fault. Despite the initial frustration, their follow-up customer service was exceptional, and the products themselves are wonderful. I really appreciate how the second rep went above and beyond to make things right — that kind of service keeps me coming back.

What a great company. So nice and helpful. Had a slight problem with my delivery....never questioned me. Refund or replacement they said.... ..so refreshing when so many times they make the customer out to be the bad guy. I would recommend 5x over. They will take care of you. Thank you NHC.

The retail store in Appleton has a great selection of products at reasonable prices. The customer service depends on who is working. One of the customer service persons named Allison acts like customers are a burden and she tries to avoid customer contact. She never smiles and greets customers and she will roll her eyes and shake her head when customers enter the store. Allison fails to realize that customers are the purpose of her job. Perhaps she is better suited for a warehouse position fulfilling orders?

I am beyond frustrated with Natural Healthy Concepts. I have been taking Utrophin PMG for over two years with great success, but because my regular acupuncturist is away for two weeks, I attempted to order my refill here to maintain my progress. I am currently recovering from uterine surgery and preparing for IVF, making this supplement critical for my healing. Despite the urgency, my order was flagged because their outdated system pulled address information associated with my maiden name—even though I’ve been married for over two years. They are now demanding physical bills as "proof of identity," which is absurd in 2026 when all my billing is electronic. It is incredibly ironic and "fishy" that they are happy to take credit card information over the phone regardless of the data on file, yet they halt critical orders for a "consult" and address verification that shouldn't be an issue. This process has been extremely stressful and completely unhelpful for someone trying to heal. They show zero understanding of medical timelines or the high-stakes nature of fertility treatments. Save yourself the hassle and find a more modern, professional provider.

I purchased a thyroid wrap. It came with a QR code that said scanning it would give instructions on use and care. It was NOTHING but advertising. I requested to return it, according to their instructions and I never heard back from them. I would definitely not recommend this company.
