Extremely rude! First time going for an online order pickup and last. Walked in and informed I had an online pickup. The girl went back and then asked while looking if it "could it be under a different name?" I said no, just placed the order last night. The girl then walks up to the register and asks same question, "could it be under a different name?" I gave the same answer. She then proceededs TO PUT THE PAPER, SHE WAS LOOKING AT, IN MY FACE, POINTING TO MY MAIDEN NAME, and asks if the order was under a different name. Honey, don't keep asking the same question if you don't want the same answer. If you would of asked "could there be a different last name? I see one for a Belinda." I proceeded to be polite and informed it was a good thing I could read. I'm a manager and this is a red flag! This is someone who clearly cannot problem solve or cares how they treat customers. Good luck too you. Ill gladly pay shipping moving forward.

Rude if your not a regular customer and the regular customers are also rude.

I went to the store location for the first time yesterday the employee was not helpful about telling me of sales in the store or product information I asked about the Pravana mood changing temporary color she said they did not have it and will not be getting it Pravana had ran out when I asked about the birthday event of 25% off the lady said she had no idea what I was talking about I told her I had seen something online her reaction was she knows nothing about it I got the bare minimum of what I needed from SalonCentric and decided to go to the Wausau location today where the employee was very informational and they still have the moon changing colors

They are very rude and only sell to professionals not to public so don't even waste your time driving up there this place is a joke

I love Emma, she's great! So are all the other employees.
