Food was awesome! Highly recommend the breakfast burrito. Worth the wait! Waited about 30 minutes which was a bummer but the food was worth the wait. Some friends and I had an amazing breakfast at Simple Cafe. The service was fantastic and the restaurant itself was bright, colorful and very spacious. Everyone in our party loved their meals! I had the roasted turkey and Brussel sprout hash. It was all the right flavor combinations. The sweet potatoes, roasted potatoes and sprouts were cooked to perfection and there was just the right amount of bacon and turkey. I had my eggs scrambled. The multigrain toast served with freshly made strawberry jam was terrific and we were so happy to hear it was made (and available to purchase) right next door at The Simple Cafe Bakery! Other meals my party raved about were the simple breakfast sandwich and breakfast tacos. We made note to definitely visit Simple Cafe the next time we’re in Lake Geneva. Can’t recommend this place enough!!

This was a nice, healthy breakfast! We really loved the potato side, which was crispy and flavorful. I took a chance on the hummus toast which felt more unique for a breakfast item, but I absolutely loved it. Creative dishes and fresh ingredients! We had a bit of a wait (35 minutes) but it was worth it.

We had such a wonderful breakfast here! The staff was cheerful and helpful serving us with careful attention but not hovering. I am a bit of a coffee snob, and this coffee was fabulous! My husband and I decided to split the mushroom omelet and the apple crumble French toast; a little sweet and savory. Fabulous choice! The mushroom omelet had just enough flavor to not be overwhelming but still very interesting, a great balance between the mushrooms and the cheese! The French toast was as I expected, a drier French toast than some, sprinkled with sweetness and crumbles. Our son ordered the Korean BBQ breakfast bowl and our DIL ordered the turkey brussel sprouts hash with eggs over easy - the richness of the eggs was beautiful! They each tasted the others and both said they could finish the others as well as theirs! That's a little too savory for me at breakfast, but that's the beauty of this place- delicious options!! Good for vegan, vegetarian and gluten free! A definite favorite for us!

Delicious food in Lake Geneva! The hotel we were st recommended it, and so glad we stopped by. The absolute best mashed potato omelet with chipotle hollandaise sauce made for such a delicious breakfast! Everything was very fresh

Staff was friendly, and efficient. Service was steady and out front staff were able to attend to customers and restock on the go. They took care to wipe down the silverware as it came out. Plates were warm and kept our food at a good temperature throughout. The food itself was tasty, seasoned well, filling but not overly, and served in a timely fashion. Kitchen staff worked well together and did not seem overwhelmed. A very enjoyable experience for all of us. We will definitely be back.

Great little gem off the main road but highly worth it. The name should be anything but simple. Eggs, homemade "hash" which was potatoes, sweet squash diced, shredded turkey that was juicy & just the right amount. Whole grain bread was good with homemade strawberry jam & honey butter. Toasted apple cinnamon French Toast with cinnamon crumble was to die for. Even the coffee was hot, strong & plentiful. They even have a little store next door to take home homemade bake good & fresh coffee beans. Great find.
