Very good food. One of my new favorite spots! I had flat fried noodles with chicken which was recommended from my server. Had a great charred taste. Dumplings tasted fresh and homey and my husband had the garlic chicken with fried rice

I arrived around noon on a Monday and was immediately greeted as I walked in. I was pleasantly surprised by the list of specials displayed by the door as these were not listed online. The restaurant was clean, spacious and well decorated. The staff was prompt at seating me and immediately getting my drink request. The food didn't take long at all and was fresh with plenty of flavor. I ordered the Dandan noodles. Don't be intimidated by the spice, it's a little warm, but not enough to get the lips tingling. I recommend adding chicken. The portion size is fair for the price. Plus, these are made in house noodles and the freshness is evident. 10/10 I will be recommending this place to anyone who will listen.

Weve been here 3 times now and have had something different each time. Every dish has been amazing. We love coming here. Great food for a decent price. We always take home leftovers. Their noodles are so yummy.

Great place to have dumplings! The dumplings were fresh, perfectly cooked to perfection, and absolutely delicious. Definitely a spot worth visiting if you're craving good dumplings. Highly recommended!

Actual prices charges do not match lower prices on menu or online. Iced tea was 30% higher! When asked, the server informed us the owner hadn't found time to update the prices. Unacceptable. I had the egg drop soup, which was mostly liquid. It needed more egg and veggies. I literally counted one pea in a large $7 bowl of soup. Clearly the owner is more interested in profits.

Noodle Works is our number one, go to. We LOVE everything that it has to offer. Short review: AMAZING food, bold flavors. Lovely staff and clean, pleasant restaurant with lunch specials. Long Review: The food, from what I can tell, is more authentic than your average Panda Express (which we also love! for different reasons). The flavors are really interesting and bold: Sichuan peppercorn, spicy cumin, ginger, all-spice? Not sure all the different kinds or combos, but it is all delicious. The noodles are SO good. The dumplings and wontons are also my favorites. You can tell they are hand made and made well. The wonton soup is one of my favorite dishes. It has little shrimp in it that give it such a nice umami taste. The permanent staff/management are all so kind and funny. Very friendly! I always have a ton of questions or requests and they kindly answer or oblige. The rotating wait staff has been hit or miss... but we had SUCH a lovely server yesterday. She was truly one of the best they have had. Service does not affect reviews for me since it is about the food and management. You can't control every single person's actions or words. The dining space itself is really nice. It is open, not crowded. Clean and they have a TV that places beautiful scenery that me and my husband watch. I also remember one time, they had a kid in the restaurant and put on cartoons for her. Very sweet staff. IMO, this is a must go if you are in ABQ and like trying new foods. It has transformed from "new food" to "regular food" in my diet!! This is the first time I have taken a photo because I dig in too fast usually. Hopefully will post more.

My first visit to Noodle Works in Albuquerque was delightful. The small restaurant offered a variety of dishes. I shared a tofu dish with rice, while others in my team ordered beef noodles, beef fried rice, orange chicken, general tso's chicken, and a beef broccoli dish. After a long day, the black hot tea paired well with the mildly spicy tofu dish, infused with fennel and chili garlic oil. The portions were generous for the price, and we even took some leftovers home. I would definitely return if I find myself in Albuquerque again.
