Stumbled into a Japanese spot tonight and honestly… I’m glad I did. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, perfect whether you’re on a casual night out or just craving good food. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared — you can tell care goes into both the presentation and the flavors. The staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, which always makes the experience better. Portions were solid, quality was there, and nothing felt rushed. Definitely one of those places you’d come back to without overthinking it. If you’re in the mood for Japanese food that hits the spot and feels authentic, this place is worth stopping into.

I went to Sachi Sushi to celebrate my friends birthday and the staff greeted us with an amazing attitude. We started of with a round of sake bombs and crab wontons. I got the steak and shrimp hibachi and the steak came out exactly how I asked for it. We also go a volcano sushi roll. The manager was kind enough to bring my friend some complementary dessert for his birthday. I can’t emphasize enough how friendly the staff were.

We’ve been coming here for the better part of 5 years. The food is incredibly consistent - the best ramen and sushi in Thornton hands down. Service is always excellent - Andrew is the heart and soul of Sachi, and gives excellent service each and every time. Recommend 11/10. Also, same owners as Nanas Dimsum and Dumplings 😂

This is a great place to escape the craziness of the shopping crowds! The food is creative and delicious. The service is amazing and the staff is super polite. Our food came quickly even though they were busy.

Amazing sushi experience! The fish was incredibly fresh and melted in my mouth. The service was fast and friendly. The atmosphere was cozy and modern. Highly recommend the salmon nigiri and Sachi Spicy Ramen. Will definitely be back!

We visited Sachi Sushi for the first time on a Friday night. We were surprised there was no wait despite the many 5-star reviews we’d seen. The food was genuinely good—the appetizers were the highlight, specifically the gyozas and the jalapeño bombs. However, we had two main issues. First, the value: the portions are quite small for the price, especially the hibachi. Second, there was a very strong sewage smell in the mall area. While it was most intense in the hallway, the odor definitely drifted into the restaurant, which made it difficult to enjoy the meal. The kitchen is talented, but between the high prices and the mall’s drainage issues, I’m iffy about returning.

I actually really loved this place despite the hesitation after reading the previous review. Food was quick. Service was friendly and food tasted delicious. Had the Salmon-Chicken Hibachi extra eggs on the fried rice and tried their California sushi. Will definitely come back.
