What an amazing place. The owners and staff are great. Super friendly, professional and know customer service. They also know soups. I had the chili steak and cheese. Omg. This was the best chili I have ever had. I could eat it everyday. At the end my daughter and I shared a lemon blueberry cheesecake slice. This was a slice of heaven. A beautiful mix of fruit and cheesecake with a crust to die for. Highly recommend eating here. And ya have to try the soup.

Absolutely delicious food and wonderful atmosphere. The owners care deeply about your experience here, and it shows. The bread bowls are delicious, and the soups are made from scratch each day- they never disappoint. This place rocks! The atmosphere is super fun and they make all of their soups from scratch. The soups are unique and creatively crafted, and the soup guy was extremely friendly and funny. He sang a bunch of songs and helped carry the great atmosphere. The sandwiches were delicious as well, I was dipping mine in the green chili soup and it was amazing. Best bistro in Casper.

I have been here 7 times. Every time it’s been wonderful. Fresh food...always. You will find the best made from scratch cheesecakes here. The best made from scratch Green Chile and soups. They cook and slice their own meats too! Love the atmosphere! This is my new GoTo place to eat in the daytime.

I love Wyo Bistro and their owners. I went in the day Casper’s power went out. Even though they were dealing with that, they still made me an amazing lunch - two heavy sourdough bowls with broccoli cheddar soup. This place is spotless and the food is so fresh. And the cheesecake is divine. ♥️

We had a large group of 11 of us stop by for lunch. The whole group enjoyed their meal. My wife is vegetarian, so she was extremely happy with her food choices. Great variety of food, super friendly staff, and it was extremely clean. For the sandwich and the salad, you do pay by the weight of the product. Please keep in mind that you are paying for a fresh, homemade, quality product. We highly recommend this local business, and we plan on returning in the future.

Ok. I had such wonderful food and service the first visit. I had to give this place another visit before I left Wyoming. I seen they had Tomato Basil Bisque on the menu. And, since I am a connoisseur of tomato basil bisque soup. I had to go back and give it a try. I have had tomato basil bisque and tomato soup all over the world. Their tomato basil bisque was outstanding. I would give it 10 stars. It was creamy with lovely tomato flavor and very little acidity taste. Unfortunately, it will be awhile before I am back in WY. But, I do look forward to it and trying smoother one of their amazing soups. May God bless their business in 2026 and the knowledge of their soups make it around the world.
