Excellent food everytime! Super clean flavors; even similar dishes carefully nuanced for unique flavors. This is a must stop eating experience. Cold and snowy? Dig into a huge bowl of different pho soups. This place has excellent garden rolls as well! 10 /10.

Good, solid Vietnamese food. The service was excellent. The family that runs this is so friendly and kind. You get a huge amount of food for the price you pay! Don’t hesitate to go if you like Vietnamese food, or if you like Chinese food and want to try something similar but healthier!

Best Vietnamese Noodles in Casper – Pho Saigon is a Must-Try! I was recently introduced to Pho Saigon in Casper, Wyoming, and it has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants. If you’re searching for authentic Vietnamese food in Casper, this is the place to go! I almost always order the chicken pho, and it never disappoints—rich, flavorful broth with perfectly cooked noodles and fresh toppings. The egg rolls are another must-try; they’re crispy, delicious, and pair amazingly well with the hot chili oil (which I highly recommend adding!). Beyond the food, the ownership and staff are incredibly friendly, making every visit a great experience. It’s clear they take pride in their business and care about their customers. If you’re craving Vietnamese noodles, pho, or authentic Asian cuisine in Casper, Pho Saigon is the best spot in town. I’ve attached some photos of my go-to order—since I’m a photographer, I made sure they look as good as the food tastes! Give them a try—you won’t be disappointed!

I visited this Vietnamese restaurant this week, and the experience was extremely disappointing. When ordering, we asked if they had egg rolls, and the waiter (he is a guy always work there ) said they didn’t have any today. Two of my friends ordered the combo pho (which comes with rare steak, beef tendon, and meatballs) specifically because it includes beef tendon. When their bowls arrived without it, they asked the waiter, and he then explained that beef tendon takes 20 hours to cook and wasn’t available today. He said they added extra beef balls and rare steak instead, but he did not mention this before they ordered . only after my friends questioned him. In addition, I ordered a vermicelli noodle bowl that clearly listed shrimp, BBQ pork, and an egg roll on the menu. When the dish arrived without the egg roll, I asked the waiter, and he responded with, "Remember? I told you we don’t have egg rolls today." Honestly, customers are not obligated to "remember" what the restaurant says. If an ingredient is unavailable, the restaurant should proactively inform customers at the time of ordering not after the dish is already served, and definitely not with that tone. I also wasn’t sure if their appetizer egg roll is even the same as the one listed on the dish. After he said that, I replied, "That’s fine." Then he asked, "Do you want to change to something else?" I thought he was offering to replace the missing egg roll, so when he asked if I wanted shrimp, I said OK because my 17 month old son likes shrimp. He brought me five pieces of shrimp. Only at checkout did I realize my dish increased from $15.99 to $18.86 (before tax and tip), even though he never mentioned any additional charge. Because I was holding my baby in the front of the desk to pay , I didn’t look closely at the bill. I even left a tip. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized I had spent over $23 for one bowl of noodles which made everything feel even more frustrating. The issue isn’t the extra $3. It’s the lack of communication and the attitude. How is a customer supposed to know whether something is a substitution or an add-on if the staff doesn’t explain? This kind of information should always be disclosed before customers place their order.

My wife and i have lived in Asia for the last 20 years.. thought this place would be good..Friendly staff, we ordered take out.. egg rolls and shrimp rolls were good . Unfortunately, the beef brisket pho was actually a bone with rubbery fat on it! Feel a but taken.. Can't recommend this place to anyone. Hopefully, they don't continue to serve this crap and call it Vietnamese food without taking corrective action to correct their low-grade meat.

This is the absolute best pho anywhere. The broth is second to none, the meatballs and steak are spot on, and we usually get either the egg rolls or spring rolls. The family that owns/runs it is incredibly kind and welcoming. Casper is very fortunate to have this gem.

If the weather is cold, and you need some Bone broth to warm you up? This is the place. Get you some of that Pho, combination Pho. Eye of the round slice, slice brisket, meatball and the noodles, add some hoisin sauce and Sriracha, and it's 🔥 fire. Want something fresh, add an order of Spring roll.
