We were looking for a brunch spot while visiting Casper on a Saturday. This restaurant came up in our search and did not disappoint! The food was delicious and the portions were huge. I ordered the eggs Benedict. I loved the hollandaise sauce and the poached eggs were cooked perfectly. My husband ordered the green chile breakfast burrito and ate every bite. Our server was so pleasant and the atmosphere was great! We will definitely eat here again when we are in town.
My grandmother and I visit once a week. Our favorite coffee in town. The food is delicious and service is phenomenal.
This is a hidden gem in Casper! The food is awesome! I had the Pedro skillet, with red potatoes and I would get it again. Also had a side of country gravy and that was delicious!! I definitely recommend the Bluebird!!
I had the Eggs Benny. They were cooked perfectly and very flavourful. It was a full. House not they going us a table right away and our food came within a reasonable amount of time.
I was going to give them a shot because I saw Jeffrey Star in there, doing a video ! Was going to make a special trip and all… but after seeing the reviews and how management responded, he sounds like an idiot. If you’re stating the patio is dog friendly, why would they need a service vest ? Why would you refuse to service a party of 6, when you had almost no one in there !? Read through the reviews … stay away u less you’re starving
I wish I could write a review about the food but we didnt make it past the front door. We stopped in on January 3rd to have lunch at 1:15. They close at 2 p.m. There were about 3 tables occupied. The hostess refused to seat our party of 6 stating that q on the sign out front they stated they were not seating parties bigger than 5 to "keep the experience for their patrons ". This blows my mind- with 45 mins until closing they could have had a bill from a party of 6. Instead they turned us all away. Clearly customer service isnt what they are going for here. Upon exiting we did see the posted sign but it said from 'Christmas to New Years'. Today is the 3rd. We will never attempt to dine here again due to the way we were treated.. it is shocking that a small local business would turn customers away. We then went to a chain restaurant which served us immediately.
Great breakfast! 6 top and still got great service. The gravy for biscuits did not have flour cooked out completely. Potatoes changed from an earlier in the week visit - diced potatoes were fantastic, potatoes today were ok. Atmosphere ok, live music was a little loud and could have been turned down a notch or two. Very good music other than ouch on the ears! I think that is a Sunday thing. Will be coming back, want to try the smothered burrito. I had the BBB with sausage and biscuit with side of gravy. Pictured is all the other great choices, stuffed french toast, biscuits and gravy, eggs jennie, breakfast sandwich.
