I had an incredible haircut experience with Tommaso. His personality alone makes the appointment enjoyable, but what really sets him apart is his attention to detail. He took the time to correct long-standing mistakes from past cuts and shaped my hair in a way that better accentuates my face and head structure. He also managed to minimize the appearance of my cowlicks, something I’ve always struggled with. I walked out not only with a sharper look, but with a sense that my hair was finally cut right. Highly recommend!

I’ve been getting my hair cut exclusively by Tommaso for the last several years because of his unique style. As a touring musician, we have to time my cuts out depending on how long I will be on tour. Tommaso has figured out a way to keep my haircut looking amazing for long durations with cuts that grow out so well, maintaining the original style for weeks and months at a time. People always compliment me on my hair and I send them straight to Tommaso’s chair at MottNYC.

My stylist was Tommaso, who is very friendly and kind. On my first visit, the haircut was shorter than I’d like, but the shape was good. On my second visit, I asked for the same cut as before but a bit longer, even showing pictures for reference.Unfortunately, it ended up much much shorter than my first cut. I’ll take some responsibility as I had my eyes closed and wasn’t paying close attention, but I hope this can serve as a reminder to double-check client requests during the process.

Just got the perfect haircut and styling from Ian! He’s not only the kindest but also insanely talented. He took the time to really listen to what I wanted and was so meticulous about perfecting the cut. Nothing felt rushed, and I walked out feeling like my hair looks the best it has in ages.
