I was a loyal client of this clinic for several years and consistently recommended its services to people. Recently, I learned that my aesthetician, Jenny Garcia, had been making negative and false statements about me to others. She also claimed that people had made disparaging remarks about me, which I later discovered were untrue. It became clear that she herself was the source of the rumors. I have since learned that I am not the only client affected, as a lot of clients have experienced similar issues, indicating an ongoing pattern of gossip and misinformation. When I requested an in-person meeting to address the situation professionally, she declined and instead immediately offered a refund for my remaining prepaid sessions. There was no accountability or willingness to resolve the matter through open communication. This demonstrates a consistent pattern of unprofessional conduct, including stirring conflict and spreading misinformation. Based on these experiences, she cannot be trusted with discretion. Medical and aesthetic professionals are expected to uphold respect, confidentiality, and integrity. Sharing negative commentary about clients for gossip is wholly inappropriate. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly changed my view of this clinic.

Jenny and her staff at Glam-Amor Skin are amazing! Not only is the office welcoming, Jenny and her staff are clearly knowledgeable and great at what they do. Jenny and her team make sure to take great care of their clients. Jenny is very knowledgeable about what she is doing and very understanding and kind to her clients. After each appointment my skin always looks amazing! I am always more than satisfied with the results of each service. If I could give this place 10 stars I would! It is an underrated gem in NYC!

All I can say is that Jenny definitely saved my face and my back from a lot of pot marks and acne. The bed side manner is astounding and she knows what she’s doing. What I appreciate about her, is the fact that she listens to your concerns and see your skin as it is and treat it accordingly. Jenny is awesome!! She is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My post facial skin was left glowing and hydrated overall. She is a license aesthetician and she assessed the condition of my skin and suggested the right treatment.She will do in the best way possible with having me leave with clean and smooth and unclogged pores. She gave me lots of good tips along the way for improving my skincare routine. She takes personal pride in helping her clients improve their skin. I look way younger than I was. The space is also super clean. Highly recommend this place.
