Neil was recommended by my super close friend who has been going to his care for years, and she always has such amazing thick glossy hair, so i decided to try out for myself. I have EXTREMELY dry and brittle ends due to bleaching my hair few years ago, and also from the sun and beach days. I wanted to 1. make my hair look healthier and glossier 2. tone / color my hair since the ends were so brassy yellow from the sun 3. get a haircut I shared my concerns with Neil, and he informed me what color would be best for my needs and looks I am going for. I was stunned when he took the before picture, because I didnt know that my hair was in that horrible condition. After when the procedure was done, he took the after picture and a video, and I was again stunned to see what a drastic change Neil has made for me. When I shook my head left to right, my hair looked so glossy and light and voluminous. Also the shampoo lady was so sweet and gave me the best head massage and the most euphoric shampoo session I had in a while. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Dennis! He did a great job with my cut, after I had just walked in on a random afternoon. All of the staff here was so kind, and my shampoo (+head massage) and cut was only $48. The space was clean and comfortable .. I will be coming back!

I walked in an hour before closing and had a great experience. Relaxing wash, efficient haircut, as good as I have ever had! I took about 10 inches off and love the result. And it was $48 before tipping!

I recently got a balayage done by Nicky, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I showed him a picture of the look I wanted, and the outcome was exactly what I had expected! It’s been a week, and my hair still looks incredible! I’ve received so many compliments!

I booked a 6pm appointment and arrived on time, but was told I would have to wait. When I asked how long, no one could give me a clear answer—just "probably short." After waiting 20 minutes, I asked another staff member. He first said he wasn’t the stylist so he didn’t know, then said he wasn’t the front desk so he couldn’t check. When I asked if he worked there, he said he worked independently, as if he wasn’t responsible at all. Finally, without checking with anyone, he guessed "probably 15 minutes." The lack of communication and unwillingness to help was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I do not recommend going here.

Every time I come here I receive one of the best cuts/colour of my life and this time surpassed my expectations tenfold. I made my appointment with Neal who is incredible and my go-to stylist in this salon. I recommend him to all my friends!! He's extremely attentive, kind, and really knows what he's doing. The entire time I felt like it was going exactly as planned- he would check in with me along the process, show me patch tests, and the assistant (I think her name was Kelly) was very kind as well. The cut part of the process is masterful and fast. The results were my dream hair. Im crying just looking at it. No idea how this was achieved but here it is reverse peekaboo in a rose gold/pink!
