Best manicure I’ve had in New York. Friendly staff. I get gel manicures and I’ve never had a bad one. Calm environment, super chill. Their prices are slightly higher than other salons in the area, but it’s worth it.

I walked in to get my nails done with no appointment. And I understand they were busy. It’s just how the handled it was not it. I went to get my nails done with my mom, and they said only one of us could get out nails done, and I felt they were rude. I can’t say much about the nail designs, as I was never able to get them done. But also I called to ask about extension, and they don’t do extensions which was shocking. It seems like a nice place but it was not for me.

Coco Young provides the best, most durable gel manicures I’ve ever had. Photos show day of and almost 4 weeks after. The technicians are friendly, take their time, and always provide high quality services. Highly recommend!

Update: 3 years later and I have not gone to another salon! I had to switch from Blanca to Marcelina due to a work schedule change, but I couldn't be happier. Marcelina is amazing and so skilled and kind. I also have to say that Joon, the owner, is fantastic. I have observed him for years and how he treats his staff. I've seen him go above and beyond, putting their needs first and helping himself with pedicures when needed. Happy to support this business!! ****** Blanca is quiet, meticulous, and friendly, and did an impeccable job. In addition to the gel pedicure, I needed a plain manicure because nail polish and long nails are a hazard at my job, and she did that excellently as well. I will come back.

I had seen/heard of Coco Young Nails before but had never been because the prices were a little steeper than what I would usually pay. But I decided to treat myself to a gel mani today and feel that it was worth every penny! Blanca (technician) was thoughtful and thorough and checked in with me several times to make sure I was happy with how my nails looked. Such a great way to start my summer 🙂

This is a special place where you can expect to have a perfect manicure that’s never rushed. Their gel manicure often lasts me 3 weeks! And their pedicures are also excellent. Make an appointment because they’re often booked.

Coco nails does an amazing job! I have been going there since they opened so it's been a good 10 years! I don't go anywhere else. They are very professional and friendly and the owners and staff are all wonderful. It's such a great addition to our neighborhood. I highly recommend.
