I’ve been here twice, and I highly recommend! She is super professional, and specifies what lashes she is going to do after thoroughly asking me and listening to my preferences. When I came to her the first time she did pretty light and natural lashes to ease me into the lash extension world which is proves that she curates her lashes based on each client 🫶 this time we went for a fuller and slightly longer look (pics attached) and absolutely LOVE IT!!! Exactly what I wanted. The place is cozy and easy to get to with the elevator- it’s also right next to a Korean supermarket so it’s very convenient if you want to get a snack before/after ☺️ I’m going again in a couple months for sure! 👍💯

Update: Update: After giving it more thought, I’m changing my review from 3 stars to 2. I was charged an extra ten dollars for spikes without being told beforehand, which is something that should always be communicated before the service. I also consistently tipped 20 percent but still left unhappy with the final results. The overall conditions aren’t the best either, including an unclean shared bathroom and being told to use my coat to stay warm. It’s not just about the lashes. It’s about the full customer experience, and this one hasn’t met the standard. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A while ago, after years of not wanting to wear lashes, I decided to start wearing them again. I’ve always felt that lashes add an elegant look, and I don’t like how mascara clumps on my lashes. When I went back, I booked with her through one of her specials. The first appointment was around $80. After that session, I felt my lashes came out much thinner and more naturally than I expected. I knew I didn’t want extremely dark or thick lashes, but I still wanted a fuller, polished look. To her credit, she was very patient, and I tried working with her through about three sessions. During the second appointment, we added extra volume, and that set actually held up well until my third visit. Even then, I still felt I had a general idea of what I wanted, but at times I was confused because I was just returning to lash extensions and still figuring out my preferred style. The issue was that the freestyle sets never matched the photos I showed her. The placement didn’t look as individually separated as what I was used to in the past — it often looked scattered. I did not like her spike placement. After the final appointment, the lashes began falling off the same day, and some of my natural lashes came out with them. That was when I decided it was time to try a different lash tech and explore other styles. The office was cold when I went, and I was told to use my coat to cover myself. I was fine without a blanket. However, these are little things that are unacceptable when clients are paying full price. I attached photos. I liked that she has Sunday available, is flexible if you are late.

Ivy is the absolute best! She’s so accommodating and does a perfect job on my lashes every time. Can’t speak highly enough of her work!!!! The quality is unmatched and she’s also able to do lashes in record time compared to other places that take up to two hours she can do in 45 minutes to an hour at most which has been convenient for my busy schedule.

Very comfortable experience, was asleep the whole session. Will see how long it lasts! I like her versatility so I want to try out different types of lashes too. I trust her with my lashes.

I’ve been coming here for over a year now and Ivy is amazing! It is very easy to book with her, the lashes are well done and last a long time, and the environment is comfortable. This is one of the best value lashes in the city and a hidden gem in ktown!

Cozy yet clean lash bar in nyc. I found them via Groupon and was happy with the price. I didn’t give a four star because some of my lashes were double lashes and towards my outer eyelid (where it’s usually the longest lashes) seemed empty. Also, Several of my lashes were stuck to my bottom lashes. Yes, I am aware it occasionally happens but that doesn’t take away from the discomfort of not being able to open your eye. However, The technician was nice and so was the owner. They have great packages available for refill for purchase (you must pay up front) so I will definitely be a returning customer.
