Very great customer service! Everyone was sooo pleasant and nice. I was greeted upon arrival "That was amazing" even with being so busy. Everyone had a smile on their face and did their best to deliver exceptional customer service. I was even called by my name at my departure and told thanks for coming and to have a great day:) Good job to everyone on shift 1/10/2026 @ 9:30am

Hiring manager needs a raise, staff as well. Unfortunately Im in a Starbucks drive thru almost everyday, and from Bridgeport to Branford, this is the most consistent, friendly, well managed Starbucks within a 30-40 minute radius. Even when they’re slow, they’re accommodating and try to make up for it to keep customers happy and coming back. I definitely will 👍💐

I ordered through the app and arrived about 15 minutes later, but still had to wait another 10 minutes for my drink. It also wasn’t a busy time, which made the wait more frustrating. On top of that, I ordered it warm and received it hot. Not a great experience, especially when ordering ahead is supposed to save time.

We ordered 3 drinks during this visit. One drink used to be in the menu but was recently discontinued. The counter person was very kind and was able to recreate the discontinued drink for us and it came out perfect. Service was quick and all drinks were correct and tasted great. I would definitely visit this location again.

Love the staff! Always friendly and make me feel welcomed. My drinks are always made correctly. It does get busy at this location so please schedule your visit appropriately.

I come to the Starbucks every single day and anything that anyone is saying about this location is absolutely far from true. The employees do the absolute best to make sure your order is right accurate and giving them to you within the time. If you’re ordering on the mobile app, then going in and waiting, it has a time that it gives you on the app maybe start paying attention to that. My drinks even if I order 1 or if I order 10 drinks have always been accurate and amazing and tasty. Kudos to you guys keep up the great work!!!
