Hokkaido Ramen

Great Korean and Ramen option in the Orange area. We started off with the pork bao and they were fluffy and pork was very well seasoned. We tried the fried gyoza and tasted homemade. We got the spicy miso and tonkotsu and both broths were a hit. They portions are large and the prices were very affordable. It looks like a small business with few staff. Services was very friendly and quick. The restaurant itself is very clean and minimally decorated with plants. Would return again and try their Korean items next time!

the tteokbokki was such a surprise to see on the menu so i had to try it. i was excited when i saw it was served with glass noodles which ive never had before. however, i got the spicy miso ramen which i will be thinking about for months to come. anyone who is a ramen lover like i am, NEEDS to try this place. the quantity was humongous and served very aesthetically pleasing with every component on display and could taste the quality and care that went into making it. definitely recommend.

When I was in this restaurant I didn't have to wait for a table and was served immediately by the staff on duty. The ambiance is good and the place is spacious. The menu seems fair to me, it is not so extensive. It has the most important dishes. My favorite was the takoyakis, it was my first time trying them and I must say I loved the taste and would order them again. They didn't take that long to serve my food either, which is good but also influenced by the fact that there weren't that many diners at the time. It is located on a busy avenue where there are several restaurants, gas stations and other types of stores. The prices seem fair to me. It’s not a bad place at all.

Wow. Where do I even start? This is a go-to place for me and my mom. The food here is outstanding. There is so much depth on the menu, I guarantee your friends and family will all discover something you love. My mom's favorite is the Takoyaki and my favorite is the Tori Karaage. The Ramen is delicious as well. I've been here beyond multiple times and Hokkaido Ramen never disappoints. Dishes are made quickly and are affordable. Service is friendly and always comes by. Atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. Please come check this place out!! It is a hidden gem:)

This place is awesome! The staff was so freaking nice and constantly made sure we were taken care of even though there was a lot of customers and only like one or two servers. The food was so delicious and they have vegetarian friendly options/work well we substitution of ingredients to meet your needs. The portion sizes were AMAZING for the price and don’t even get me started on the quality. If you are looking for a place with a great dimly lit atmosphere and authentic homemade food, then this is the place to be. Literally found it by mistake and luck but will be returning soon and hopefully as a regular!

We visited this restaurant for the first time today, and we liked the place - nice and clean, and quiet (no loud music!), the staff is very nice and attentive, and the Bulgogi Udon I ordered was delicious! Very tasty and well-prepared. My husband didn't like the seafood dish that he ordered, but it's just because he didn't know that the seafood was steamed and was not seasoned, but the sauce that came with it was too hot. Maybe their personnel should provide a detailed description of Korean/Japanese dishes to customers before they order them. However we both liked the kimchi and the Bulgogi very much! The dishes were served in hot stone plates on nice wooden platforms and very nicely arranged - the way it's done at very expensive restaurants. The size of our Bulgogi Udon meal was big enough to satisfy the two of us! Very fair price for such a generous portion. I don't know how good the other dishes are, but I am willing to come again and try them all! Hope we won't be disappointed! And wishing the owners to have more visitors, because they seem to offer high quality professional service.

Great-tasting food. Loved the vegetarian ramen noodles and boba tea. Prices are reasonable and great atmosphere also very friendly staff.
