The Bakery here is the worse! There is never anyone there! I customized a cake and they made the wrong cake! How do u get The Patriots confused for The Chiefs?? Now we have no cake to put candles on to sing HBD to him ON HIS BDAY!!! Y’all literally just ruined someone’s birthday!!!

Unacceptable Physical Confrontation and Misunderstanding of Policy/Formal Grievance: Physical Altercation and Policy Misinterpretation ​To the Management of Walmart Supercenter #5439, ​I am writing to formally report a deeply concerning incident that occurred today at your 315 Foxon Blvd location. I have been a loyal customer at this branch for 18 years; however, the conduct I experienced today was entirely unacceptable and warrants immediate administrative review. ​Upon exiting the premises, I was approached by a male associate who demanded to review my receipt. While I am aware of the store's "Receipt Look-up" requests, it is my understanding of Walmart’s general policy that customers are not contractually obligated to provide proof of purchase as a condition of exit a distinct difference from membership-based clubs. ​When I politely declined the request, the associate’s behavior escalated to physical aggression. He seized my shopping cart and forcibly pushed it backward to obstruct my path. He then issued an unsolicited "warning" and verbal threats. ​Regardless of any dispute regarding receipt verification, store personnel do not have the authority to physically interfere with a customer or their property without probable cause of theft. This physical overreach was not only unprofessional and intimidating but potentially unlawful. ​I expect management to review the security footage of this encounter and address the evident lack of training regarding conflict de-escalation and customer rights. I look forward to your prompt response detailing how this matter will be resolved.

Walmart is one of those places where you can truly find everything in one stop. The grocery section is always packed with a huge variety of fresh, high-quality food — fruits, vegetables, meats, snacks, and all kinds of everyday essentials. It’s very convenient, and the selection is much bigger than in most stores. What I especially love is how many products they have for pets. Clean and stocked, the employee at the door was so nice! She offerede a chair because I'm on crutches. My only complaint was, I had to cut the shopping trip short so I didn't get all my groceries because they had only one cart and it was not charged. They don't have many so call ahead of you need one!

Unacceptable Physical Confrontation and Misunderstanding of Policy Sam's Club, you signed a membership agreement that includes a provision allowing receipt checks. Because Walmart is open to the general public, no such agreement exists u can't force people

They are very nice an helpful their the workers, most Walmart I go to their nasty an not helpful, but I like this store I'd recommend shopping here haven't had a problem yet we'll find out on my next visit

This Walmart was pretty bad! Probably one of the worst locations I've been to! Everything was just a mess here, with merchandise in random places, a messy parking lot, and crazy lines at the cash registers. There was a pizza box on a wheelchair machine, frozen food boxes in an empty freezer that is supposed to hold ice bags, and random items cluttering the checkout aisles, to name a few things. Also, they closed down a bunch of self checkout lines while there were still crazy long lines at the other side.
