Why is Walgreens always the only building downtown that doesn’t ever clear the snow from the sidewalk? What is it going to take for them to finally commit to proper snow removal? Someone could get seriously hurt while trying to traverse the icy terrain. York, George, and Frontage roads are heavily trafficked with pedestrians. It is wholly unacceptable that this specific Walgreens has an icy sidewalk all winter long and year after year. Unacceptable. A multibillion dollar company with close to zero budget for snow reveal is laughable.

Don't shop here. Save your money and go to a store where every single thing isn't under lock and key. I hit the call button 2x and then went to look for help. No one. 2 more times. Walked around.... no one. Then I hit it again waited a full minute again full minute said. "Helllllllllo????" I walked out. You need a better system.

wonderful service. i went in after work for some cold supplies. the staff could not have been more helpful. a worker quickly unlocked the cabinet so i could get Tylenol and the person at checkout was efficient and friendly. thank you. i wish i knew their names but it was in 9/12 at 2:54 pm

Is everything in this store free? I came in looking for candy and the aisles were almost empty, a few minutes later a woman came in with her shopping bag and grabbed all the candy she could put in it, when I went to the counter I mentioned it to the security officer and he said there is nothing he is allowed to do about it. While I was telling him about the lady robbing the candy aisle a man walked in and cleared out the red bull display by the register in clear sight of the security officer. The security person said I see him but I can’t do anything. So Is everything in the store free now? ??

I just had to get a prescription that my insurance doesn't pay for but it's the only one that works! It would have cost over $300.00 however,Jeff from the pharmacy on York Street,new Haven CT,just researched and found a discount for me and now my prescription only costs like $40.00!!! When you're, "of an age", living on a fixed income...this can really help make a difference! 🙂 Thank you Jeff🙏

I’ve been forced to use this Walgreens for years because it’s the only one nearby, and I am beyond frustrated. Managers Ashley and Cameron are consistently rude and dismissive every single visit feels like an ordeal. Jessica is the one manager who actually makes my experience easy and treats me with respect. Walgreens, this is unacceptable. Fix the management at this location or you will keep losing loyal customers like me.

I have no complaints about this Walgreens. Especially, now it's pharmacy is open 7 days a week. That's awesome. So, thank you for keeping it opened.
