I had the best experience finding my wedding dress at Bridal Trousseau. Yvonne was spectacular and truly made me feel the prettiest I ever have. I never once felt rushed or pressured, and I never felt like I was being talked into anything. Yvonne really listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the dress of my dreams. I cannot thank her and Bridal Trousseau enough—this was truly an unforgettable experience.

Wonderful experience here. Vera was a sweetheart. I had the help & support I needed throughout several months before my wedding. The seamstress made sure I wanted my dress to fit me just right. It's been 2 years since I've been married (I have yet to preserve my dress 😬😩), but it looks just as good from the day I wore it. I knew I was getting my dress here as soon as I came in. Plenty to choose from & the staff will help accommodate you based on your style & body type.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Yvonne. She was wonderful to work with. She was professional, personal, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. I explained to her how I was visiting various bridal stores making deposits, and to learned that they didn’t carry my size to try on. She listened to my vision and brought it to life. I wanted a champagne wedding gown and Yvonne was able to make it happen!!! "Now that’s good customer service"!!!! Let me not forget, the entire staff made me feel comfortable and they were all nice. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to purchase a gown. I Was able to find a gown $2k under my budget. "Now that’s a bargain"!!! 😮‍💨🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿 My dress is so gorgeous and I look forward to wearing it soon. 🥰

I had a great experience finding my dress here and shopping at their sister shop! Ava and the team were so sweet to work with, listened to what I was looking for, and were very supportive. My dress ended up being the opposite of what I thought I wanted but Im in love! Good communicators about the process and what to expect.

Emily exceeded my expectations! When I walked into Bridal Trousseau, the boutique felt like a magical place. it was very inviting and elegant. I was greeted by a bridal consultant which was very friendly and was told I would be helped by my very own Bridal consultant. Emily introduced herself and the adventure began! Emily was very understanding and very knowledgeable with what I envisioned with inspo pics I had recently sent. She was very caring and attentive to details. Emily also encouraged me to try on different styles which was very fun and I never felt rushed. When I finally tried "the one," we both knew it was the definitely "the one." Emily was so happy and excited to ask me the final question and with tears in my eyes I nodded yes. When I walked into Bridal Trousseau, I didn't think I was going to find "the one" on my first dress shopping journey. Boy was I wrong! I will never forget this experience and I will never forget who helped me with such an overwhelming process. I cannot Thank Emily enough for her patience and understanding. Overall, I am forever grateful and if I could give this place more than 5 stars, they would definitely get it.

One of the best experiences from the moment I came in -to left. Staff was interested in getting to know me as a bride and my fiancé. My stylist was very kind, ACCOMMODATING, and patient with me (also being a little indecisive. Got to try on multiple dresses twice). Stylist actually helped to pick my dress based on my preferences and stayed under my budget. Went over my hour appointment and there was no rush! Parking is easy at this location. Either right across the street or a lot nearby for a very small fee. I said YES TO THE DRESS! I wish I came here for my initial dress shopping experience.

This was my first dress shopping experience and I found my dress within 7 dresses! ✨ Yvonne was like a fairy godmother during the entire experience. She was attentive, compassionate and patient.
