my co-workers and I used to order from here often. Lately, they have been excepting orders and and then cancelling them at the last minute without cause. This is so unprofessional. I will not waste my time and lunch break ordering from here ever again. No matter how good the food is, customer service comes first.

I recently tried out their protein smoothie and the strawberry crepe, that was something to die for, Guys if you want to stay fit or if you wanna cheat this store has got both the options, from cold sandwiches to salad bowls, I saw they also recently added the gyro option. Nope, nope, NOPE! Came here for the first time to order lunch from the made-to-order counter. They didn't carry most of the ingredients to make what I ordered - even though the picture on the menu clearly shows what is in the menu item. I ordered a grinder for $12 - it was TINY. The rest of the shelved items seemed to have an abundant supply. But just from my experience at the deli counter, I will NOT be returning to this market.

Amazing addition to to the area. There have been many small markets that have come up lately in New Haven however, I will say that this has the widest selection and very kind staff. I was really surprised that they also have food, including crêpes and waffles, which are quite tasty. The front desk person was extremely knowledgeable of the items available, and I felt like I was in more than just a market. It almost felt like a very high-end market with cheap prices. Would strongly recommend

Was drawn in by the posted promo of a free coffee with a breakfast sandwich. Unfortunately the person manning it did not know which ingredients went into a smoked salmon bagel sandwich and had to ask me! Then the provided coffee was cold. Not giving one star only because the price was fair (in theory), was a good location and the place seemed tidy enough, but man…
