The customer service at this 7-11 location is fantastic! Every time I go there, they welcome you, thank you, and go well out of their way to ensure you have a good experience. They are patient and kind. It really makes the experience going there so wonderful. No other 7-11 like them!

Pizza is not cooked. Nothing but doe. And when they give discount on the pizza. They guy working charges u full price then you have to re cook it when u get home. They have all different types of food to choose from on the website then you get there and they say they don't have anything that was on line. What makes it so bad is they won't even offer to make what's on the menu. The food has mold taste to it. When they actually pretend to cook. We all know who it is. If you tired of wasting money. Stop going there

This place used to be a nice store. However, it’s become nothing but a mess here in the last year or two. Dirty, nothing can stay stocked. It’s a consistent issue to go in and not find what should make a "convenient" store, convenient. The people are friendly. I must say that.

Slurpy machine was a a bit drippy and flavor selection was sub par in my opinion. But slurpy was still good as usual.

I frequent the 7-Eleven a lot for its convenience. But it really needs to be updated. And ice tea machine broke two years ago and has yet to be replaced. And when you go to the store on Timberlake, you see with this one could be with updated coffee, machines, and drink machines. this spot is in a prime location but the store feels like it’s stuck in the 1980s. The clerks have always been super helpful and nice.

This is THE worst 7-11 out there! It’s nasty and dirty inside and they rarely have any hot food available. What is there looks like it’s been sitting there all day. Just went in there to get a taquito and not a single one to be found. I’m done with this place and won’t be going back in there.

The money order machine is never working on the 1at of the month ( seems fine the rest of the time ) the aspiring rapper working acts like he hates waiting on people and every month the money order machine is mysteriously not working. I guess too many people are bothering the employees being that a huge property mgmnt place is 2 blocks away and they only accept money orders. Idk why I keep coming and asking .
