7-Eleven

Filthy store after 5pm it seems. Entire counter sticky and yucky! I was very kind and mentioned to cashier....a young kid. He just stared that stupid stare and didn't say he'd get it cleaned or anything....just stared the stupid stare with mouth hanging open. I left! No coffee yet I have a sticky hand now....smbh! Managers need to step up and hire better or make these kids work. If not fire them and move on. Im sick of it tbh! God help us 😆

Always a pleasant experience walking through the door! Melissa, I am assuming the manager does a great job working with her team to make sure it is a pleasant experience, that you are greeted with a smile and an enthusiastic welcome, along with being Pleasant and kind. It is not easy dealing with so many people a day, especially in this day and age, let’s just say people aren’t always the nicest to the people working at a place like 7-Eleven. I live right around the corner, I come here often, and I could say without exception I always feel good walking in here, and it brings a smile in my face, dealing with such nice people. Remember, these folks put up with a lot, so be patient, be kind And show some appreciation for the people behind the counter serving you. Thank you again, Melissa for your kind words, your enthusiastic attitude and the smile on your face. I appreciate you!

7/11 is my go-to gas station for whenever I need to save on gas and snacks. I like how convenient you guys are and I can save more money at 7/11 than any other gas station. In addition to that, normally when I stop by a 7/11, employees are at least somewhat compassionate and treat others with decency and present themselves in a respectable manner. Very rarely have I come across 7/11 workers who are rude, disrespectful, and present themselves in a way that makes you think "wow, 7/11 just hires anybody." Well today I came across the worst employee at a 7/11 that I’ve personally ever encountered, and that thought of course came across my mind. An employee by the name of "Melissa" was "taking care" of other customers, and the hostile manner in which she was coming off to the other customers in front of me in the checkout line honestly made me walk out of the store without buying my coffee because I to nervous to check out with her after seeing her aggressive and poor attitude. Just yelling at customers as if they’re simply "problems" or "inconveniences." To confirm this location with everyone else, this is the 7/11 on sunshine and Lee blvd. I will NEVER be back at this 7/11, I will avoid this 7/11 as much as I can, and I suggest everyone else do the same! Treat me and others how you want to be treated, and that’ll be reciprocated. Maybe if she learned to do that, she’d be a happier and friendlier person.

Location at 5th and joel lehighacres. Terrible experience! First pump didn't work at all. Then I moved and the pump flow didn't shut off. Ended up paying $60 worth of gas when normally it would have been $25. I was told it was my fault. There is a valve that I needed to hit. Honestly, I have been pumping gas over 55years and never had to do that.. Anyway, nothing they could do. No apology, nothing. Need to fix this location!!!

I am not convinced that this Review would make any difference. I read all of the reviews for this store over the past few months and nothing seems to make a difference. It seems to be the only game in town on this side. Of 82 besides, the one up on Blackstone, so we have to consider that. It's a shame because the owners are not even anywhere from America. And they really don't care about the people here in Lehigh.

Worst 7/11 ever,!! Went there twice this week. No gas?,!!! Both times! Floor is always filthy. Supposed fresh food is always old and they turn the cooker off?! Do sometimes you get under cooked food. Pathetic! Just because we live in acreage doesn't mean we shouldn't have a great store to go to. Step up! Update! Went there the other day and there was a roach craei across the floor! Today! I had one lotto ticket to be checked and one to play again. I get 3 tickets back. Totally baffled. One was the old ticket and two were the same numbers. I tried to explain the mistake to the cashier and he just couldn't understand that he played the same thing twice. It was rit in front of him s gave and couldn't comprehend the mistake. Totally the worst 7/11 ever!!! Still!!
