CVS Pharmacy

Used drive through, no line. Took to long to acknowledge our presence, then told us the price, we paid cash then took another 10 minutes to get the bag of medication. Way to long, will be changing from this pharmacy. Not friendly

This is the most unorganized, unprofessional store I have ever been to. We have traveled the country for 3 years and by far the worst. I would like tomhave given -5 on rating. The pharmacy told me personally on the phone on Friday my script would be ready in a day. I arrived Monday evening and the store had not only not filled it, they deleted it feom the entire system. The gentleman at the counter seen an issue. He had me step down and wait to talk with Ruben. Claimed to.be manager. He attempted to spin some tale of 14 stores in district and could happen anywhere. Luckily it was blood pressure medicine and not something life threatening in my case. I will never return to this location.

I had a bad experience with this store manager the first and second time I visited this location and and I don't find any sale prices never and because I'm retired the OTC products are way overpriced but the one cashier that works at this location is courteous, friendly, attentive and supportive with locating products within the store that are almost like hidden. Because of their dislike with the way the management stock their supplies..

It was really easy,I just made the appointment online,for the next day,just got to the counter,just thr email and in about 20 min. My husband and me were done. And on top of it we got a $10.00 coupon for a $20.00 purchase.

I am conflicted on just how many stars to give being as though the visit with the provider was great. The trouble starts when you go to get your prescription and have to wait forever only to get one prescription filled when there were two sent to the pharmacy and don’t know why. Now you have to run the RX back through to the insurance which should already have been done. The person at the drop off counter is too busy talking to coworkers in Spanish to do her job so much so that she has to ask you to repeat yourself several times because she’s too busy not listening when she is the one that asked you the question. She definitely needs to work on her professionalism because it currently sucks to include her nonchalant attitude.

It was EARLY and staff were stocking shelves, but 2 out of 3 still managed to be SUPER helpful to a male doordasher trying to find a bunch of feminine products
