Awesome pharmacists! Don’t bother with horrible Walgreens!!! CVS processes your prescription orders exactly how your doctor orders it without any issues. At CVS you won’t have the checkout clerk denying your prescriptions or saying how sometimes, doctors are stupid and they don’t know what they are doing. CVS goes right to your order, always answers the phone and their 24hr service (not every location) is fast and amazing!

I don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to about this specific CVS due to the extreme attitude I received from the manager of this location. I’m new to the area & am unfamiliar with this CVS. It appeared there was one gentleman on the floor & he was preoccupied with a woman at checkout for a bit. I had a question about a product that most locations have & its whereabouts in the store. They continued to chat as I was clearly waiting, so I continued to search the aisles. I turn around, and that lady was there. I felt like she was following me? I asked if she worked there & she abruptly said that she was the manager. I asked her about the product I was looking for & I was taken aback by her annoyed response that they don’t have it & I really felt that I was putting her out by asking this question. I feel customer service isn’t her calling. She saw I was waiting… Followed me creepily… Instead of asking me "How can I help you?" - ..I have to ask & then get this extreme attitude? It baffles me. I know everyone has bad days, but she should think before she speaks to customers like that. This just happened minutes ago…my apologizes for the potential grammar mistakes. Like I said, I don’t write reviews. The fact I am, shows how upset she made me. I’ll be avoiding this location & will be spreading the word. Corporate…maybe retrain or at least look into who’s "managing" your locations. Edit: This location is rated 2.4 stars & has over 300 reviews. I didn’t know this. My fault for not looking..it was convenient, so I pulled in. CVS corporate, seriously look into this place!

Pharmacy never calls back after medicine! I left message for where are my new orders to be filled… tater 2 hrs no call, it’s almost closing time! There’s no direct line to talk to pharmacist or a tech! This is not customer service for sure! I will move my prescription s to another pharmacy!!

This is regarding an incident that occurred on December 7th between approximately 1:00–1:30 PM. My mother, who is disabled, has cataracts, and is not technologically savvy, went to the pharmacy to pick up her brother’s prescription. She approached the machine where customers enter their information. She usually just presses the buttons but does not know how to properly key things in, and due to her limited vision she asked the only male pharmacy worker at the cashier for assistance. She explained to him in Spanish that she needed help because she couldn’t see well and is not familiar with the machine. He looked at her and replied in Spanish, "Don’t lie, ma’am. I know better than to fall for that." My mother was shocked. He then quickly pressed the buttons for her and handed her the prescription in a very rude manner. When she told him afterward that she felt disrespected, he ignored her and smiled at another customer. My mother then spoke to a woman who appeared to be in charge. That employee was kind, and my mother explained what happened. She told my mother she would take care of it. My mother came home extremely anxious from the experience and had to take her medication to calm down. This complaint is not about CVS as a company but about that specific employee, whose name we unfortunately do not know. I sincerely hope CVS addresses this matter appropriately.

Staff is incompetent as heck. Don't use their UPS service. Dude told me I can't return my package because their scanner wasn't working but to come back tomorrow morning and it would magically be working? Lazy. Also throwing my package around as if there's not a computer and monitors in there. As I was coming in there 3 other ppl having issues. This place is a joke.

Worst customer service ever! Pharmacy is horrible the employees treat customers like terrible the wait is about 1hr 1/2 and praying that by the time you make it to the window they don’t put a sign saying Drive thru closed not working but it was working 2seconds ago with the person ahead. We are also tired and the majority of the people are sick or in pain. Management is a joke when requested never around someone has got to do something and start by hiring good customer service

First of all, I am angry that the phone system makes you speak with no touch tone option(ie: to push 1 for yes and 2 for No)! I am also very irritated that I had to punch in my patient information into a computer that I could barely see!! I am extremely irritated that the pharmacist checkout lady did not say a word to me other than 18$ due. She did not double check with me my name, DOB, or that I understood the medication and instructions. Bad AI systems in general!!!
