I PUT IN A 3rd COOPERATE COMPLAINT TODAY. This is a 24 hour store but the employees have gone ROGUE and are randomly closing the store when they feel like it and INCONVENIENCING THE WHOLE COMMUNITY. Many people walked away while I was waiting today, many angry people including myself were not able to get what we needed before work due to the POOR MANAGEMENT of this store!! It’s the only 24 hour store on homestead with what I needed!! I hope someone finally gets fired for this because it has happened TO MANY TIMES. There was even a Red Bull delivery waiting out front!! You’re hurting your customer and smaller delivery people!!!!

To fill any prescriptions it takes weeks.. you call them they are rude and hang up on you.. pretend to put your prescription through and it just cycles. You ask for your prescription to be transferred to a store with medications In stock they hang up on you. Multiple times same issues with different medications. Staff is rude and needs to be retrained in customer service.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. This is the most unprofessional, unqualified pharmacy in town. I have been trying to get my prescription filled for over a week because the pharmacy tech and pharmacist incorrectly filed the claim with my insurance company. To make matters worse, I waited nearly an hour in the drive through only to be told that my prescription wasn’t ready, despite it saying it was on the app. Definitely don’t recommend. The pharmacy manager on duty tonight is Ulisis. I’ll be transferring to another pharmacy immediately.

Very disappointed with the service at the Walgreens pharmacy I went today to pick up my medications prescribed by my gynecologist, and the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I arrived at 1:30 p.m. and was told that one of the medications wasn’t available. I immediately called my gynecologist and confirmed that the prescription had been sent correctly. I returned at 2:55 p.m. and was helped by someone else, who told me that the medication hadn’t been processed because my insurance didn’t cover it. I said that was fine, I would pay for it out of pocket. Still, they told me to come back in an hour because the medication wasn’t ready. I went back at 5:35 p.m. (almost three hours later), only to be told the same thing by a different employee: that the insurance didn’t cover it and I’d need to come back in another hour because it still wasn’t ready. I explained that I had already been there three times in one day and that this was unacceptable. In the end, one employee finally tried to help but only gave me part of the medication, claiming they didn’t have the full amount in stock. I was told to come back again on Wednesday to get the rest of the dose. This experience was a complete waste of my time, energy, and patience. There was no communication between the staff, no one took responsibility, and I spent the whole afternoon going back and forth without a proper solution. It is unacceptable to have to go four times just to get one medication. Walgreens seriously needs to improve its organization and customer service in the pharmacy department.

If I could give 0 star I would. This Walgreens pharmacy is the worse. First you can never get your prescription and second you can spend the entire day calling they won’t pick up the phone. I watched the employees chitchatting while the phone is ringing I was on hold for over 20 minutes.

It's the most inefficient way to pick up prescriptions. They send you messages saying it's ready, you arrive at the location, wait for more than 40 minutes, only for them to tell you it's not ready.

The pharmacist workers are extremely rude and gave attitude immediately and lied said they would fill a prescription in 2 hours we come back waste gas we can’t afford and she gave us attitude when I said they told us two hours
