Syed did my cleaning per usual and he is amazing. I love the way he does my cleanings he’s always gentle and very thorough. The other hygienist, Mo, is also amazing. They both really take their time and make sure you’re comfortable. The front desk staff, Ben and Julie, are absolutely wonderful. They are always so sweet, welcoming, and kind every time I come in. They go out of their way to help and make the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate everyone here and highly recommend this office! 100000/10

I had a great dental visit today. The staff were nice and welcoming. My cleaning was done by Mohammad, and he was excellent very gentle, informative, and thorough. He took his time and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire cleaning. I then saw Dr. Logan, who was extremely professional and thorough with my exam. He didn’t just check my teeth and gums; he also performed a head and neck exam, which I rarely experience at the dentist and really appreciated. He took the time to address my concerns, answered all of my questions, and didn't make me feel rushed. Dr. Logan was very knowledgeable and even shared a personal story to help explain the sensitivity I was experiencing from prior dental work, which made me feel understood and reassured. Overall, the care I received was thoughtful, thorough, and professional. I highly recommend this office

Originally came to Bethesda Dental Specialists for my toddler and Dr Rao was great. Their lobby is fun and welcoming and the rooms are comfy and inviting. When my dentist fell short on hygienists I switched to BDS and had my first appointment today. They did comprehensive imaging, which revealed the start of a cavity and some staining. Dr Logan advised me the staining is normal but the cavity we should take care of soon. I appreciated the advice and friendly tone throughout and look forward to future visits. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at this practice. I was late by 20 minutes because I couldn’t find parking, but the front desk was very understanding and still checked me in. Within a few minutes, the hygienist (Syed) arrived and began the cleaning. He was very detailed, friendly, and went over everything multiple times. After the cleaning, my experience with the doctor was also excellent; He spent more time with me than most dentists do. I highly recommend this practice.

I had been experiencing a lot of pain, and booked an emergency appointment at this practice. I ended up needing an emergency extraction, which was completed very promptly. The dentist - Dr Logan - was very efficient and reassuring, and everyone I interacted with in the practice - from reception to the dental assistants - was friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

I booked a first time appointment yesterday around noon and had to call them to reschedule today morning (within 20 hours of making the appointment). The woman who answered the call told me that they will charge $65 because I had to call 48 hours before the appointment. That was the first thing she said. Unbothered about why I am asking to reschedule and when to. Told her that I am a new client and I could not have cancelled 48 hours in advance because its not even 24 hours that I made the appointment. Moreover, one told me about this charge and 48 hours time window for rescheduling. I Told her I am not coming to their practice. Called to reschedule but decided to cancel for good.

They pressure you into scheduling a follow-up appointment months away. Then they send you a text message asking you to confirm the appointment a few days before. Even if you don't confirm, they don't call and if you try to cancel 2 days before the appointment, you get hit with a $65 fee. I know a lot of dentists pull this scam, but still frustrating.
