Michels Elizabeth MD

I have never been to this office, but I just called to make an appointment and the woman on the phone was EXTREMELY rude and inpatient...I literally bent down to grab my insurance card and while i was doing this she says in an inpatient voice "I'm putting you on hold" as i'm saying "wait what?? I have the card in my hand!" and beep, she's gone. Also when I was simply trying to ask what their fax number was she cuts me off and actually starts raising her voice. I was in shock after I hung up. Who acts this rude? I'm a very gentle and forgiving person and normally would just brush this off as someone that might have just had a bad day, but this being the SECOND time I called this office and the second time this happened assuming this is the same woman (unless all of their staff is this rude) I so far am not impressed at all by this office and their customer service. That's all and I will pray for that angry woman.

Dr. Michels was both professional and personable. She gave me excellent guidance. The office staff were all very nice.

I have a family history of melanoma and Dr. Michels has always been very thorough and proactive with treatment.

Everyone is extremely pleasant and professional. I'm really happy with this location
