I strongly recommend against booking with this establishment. When I entered, I found trash everywhere. There were also bugs flying around the massage beds, and the place had a musty smell with noticeable dust. I can't understand how anyone could run a business in such poor condition. I will definitely not be booking with them again. It was a complete waste of my time and money! A real disaster! In addition to everything mentioned, the lady named Kameal was rude and unpleasant.

The best wax hands down, now look as women we know waxing is definitely not our favorite thing to do , but Kameal and the ladies at essential skincare make the experience just DIVINE!! Minimal pain, kind, prompt, and friendly customer service all the time. I've been coming to Kameal, for my waxes for about 2-3 years now I believe and I couldn't be happier. They also offer other great services like facials and massages and a plethora of others.. I would 10/10 recommend them!!

The entire atmosphere at Essential is really calming and lovely - from the decorations, to the music, to the layout of the space! In addition, Kameal is AMAZING! 🙂 Also, Kameal was super-friendly and knowledgeable, and explained each step as she was doing it. Even better, it was over before I knew it (for a Brazilian, the faster the better LOL). This was probably the fastest, least painful wax I've ever had, I'll definitely be back - thanks, Kameal!
