My dermatologist, that I had over the years retired so I Had to go on my insurance provider website to see what's dermatologist.is still in my network and Rebecca Wang, MD Was one of the doctors that popped up So I took a chance and chose her Excellent choice This dermatologist is 5 stars all across-the-board I will recommend her any day.

D Sa needs a new bedside manner. Won't see her again.

Dr. Auster was great. Saw him for 15+ years. Since he retired, this place has gone down hill and processes patients through as fast as they can - without show of concern or the even the attempt of being thorough. I am not comfortable with the time, attention, and bed side manner of Dr. D'Sa. I do not recommend. (issues with billing, Botox application and over exaggerating the qty. injected, and time spent with the patient) The medical assistants are kind and friendly. I will be finding a new full-service Dermatology center.

DO NOT tell any of these derms about any mental health medications you've taken in the past. They will not prescribe you what you need if you do. Went to Helen D'So for hair thinning medication. I mentioned I took meds for my mental health years ago during the lockdown pandemic, she suddenly refused to prescribe me BASIC hair thinning meds unless I tracked down my old psychiatrist, whom I hadn't seen in years, and had him fax her a letter approving this hair medication. I told her I've been on this hair med for a year before with no issues. She did not give a shit. When I tracked my old shrink down, he called her unprofessional and told me SHE should fax HIM. I called her office and they demanded HE fax HER. This is ridiculous. I am not running between two doctors to play messenger boy, for a common hair prescription. They have MULTIPLE nurses that could be doing this. They billed my Insurance HUNDREDS of dollars for the visit/clerical work involved, only to dump the receptionist work on ME, the patient. And I still never got the prescription I came for.

Dr Wang was such a pleasantry. She was friendly and listened to my issues. She was knowledgeable and covered all of my concerns, offered alternative solutions and made sure that I understood. I was able to get a same day appointment. The office was super pleasant and the staff was exceptionally friendly and respectful. I'm glad that I found a place to care for my skin that I'm happy with!
