Middlebelt Dermatology Center

This place concerns itself only with making money on prescription medication. This place will set you an appointment and leave you in the lobby for 4 hours. When you need an antibiotic called in and can't make it to the clinic they will refuse so they can bill for another doctor's visit. This place should be shut down. If I could give less than zero Stars I would. Places like this are disgraced to the medical industry. If that's not enough their staff is rude and can be. I really wish this place would be shut down

ONE BECAUSE I CANT GIVE A ZERO!!! Today was the last straw. On multiple occasions of Middlebelt Dermatology I have been left in the waiting room for upwards of 45 minutes with no indication if my appointment was ever gonna happen. Many times there are multiple people waiting for 45 minutes or longer in that same waiting room. Then when I enter the room, it’s another at least 20 minutes before I’m seen. Today was special in every way … two days ago I had called for an appointment to get a consultation on laser therapy for my skin. There was no problem scheduling the appointment and they said there would be a consult. I went to the office for my appointment today I only waited 30 minutes before someone called me in and the nurse began to ask for questions. When I said I was there for a consult for laser therapy. She corrected me and said you mean light therapy and I said no laser therapy. When she looked confused, I said you do have laser therapy. Her response was, "we did but it’s broken". To say the least, I was very upset. I asked to see somebody in charge that took another 10 minutes. When the doctor finally came in, she said the machine had only broken yesterday, but I said why didn’t you call me? She pointed to the sheet the nurse had and said well we only know that it’s an office visit…We really don’t know why you’re coming here to which I replied, "so it’s my fault that you don’t know why I’m here." I asked them to delete my profile from the computer never called me again and for certain not bill me for the visit. Was I rude probably but at this point they had wasted a lot of my time needlessly. As I left, I was sure to inform the people waiting in the lobby that their appointment probably is gonna be another 30 minutes and if they were here for laser therapy consultation, their laser was broken and they should go home.

Everyone in this office is Amazing. I love my Doc, Reba Issakac. So patient and concerned She knows her patients and she knows and can remember what’s going on with them. Very personable. Very helpful. Thank you so much. I looked long and hard for you. So don’t plan on leaving anytime soon.

My experience with Dr. Hansen has been phenomenal. I came with a severe rash and severe athlete’s feet. He was patient with me, and listened and answered all my questions. The nursing staff and front desk are also exceptional. I’m glad my PCP referred me to this office.

Dr.Mahon and Allison changed my life! I had tinea versicolor, skin tags and they removed all my skin tags and treated my dark skin patches! They are amazing people and treat me so well every visit. I sent all my friends and relatives to them because they are phenomenal! Dr.Mahon is hard to get an appointment with but he is such an empathetic and skilled and amazing doctor that takes the time to know you

I had a 3pm appointment. Got there 15 minutes early. Got taken into a room at 3:10pm. No problem. Was told doctor would be in shortly. 3:30pm no doctor and no one came to check on me. Went to reception and was told he got pulled into surgery. Wasn't someone going to tell me? I was asked if I wanted to reschedule. No thank you! No one has even called to offer an apology. Not the reception area's fault but very unprofessional.
