I had a wonderful experience here yesterday. The office is beautifully designed and decorated, and I was immediately welcomed by the front desk ladies (I believe the lady who helped me out was Priscilla). What stood out the most to me is the staff really focuses on the patient experience, making sure you feel at ease. They offer a "menu" of services to enhance comfort, including Netflix or YouTube streamed on a giant overhead screen, which I thought was such a fun and thoughtful touch. My hygienist, Emma, was amazing! She was thorough, personable, and very knowledgeable. The whole experience felt highly professional, but very human. I also briefly met Dr. Bean, and she was an absolute joy! As a bonus, the office is conveniently located in my building, which is why I decided to give this place a try. Employees in the building also get 15% off, which is a great perk. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for high-quality dental care in a welcoming, modern environment!

I’ve been going to Dr. Sanaa for many years now at the Chevy Chase office but today for the first time I went to the Bethesda location. To say that I was impressed is an understatement. From the wonderful front desk ladies to the assistans and the actual visit,my experience was smooth and pleasant. Dr. Sanaa is a wizard when it comes to teeth and I highly recommend him and anyone in his office!!!

We’ve had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Sanaa for about 7 years. We first started going seeing him ourselves, and soon after switched our 3 children out of their pediatric dentist and into his care. We discovered that the pediatric office was doing a sub-par job with sealants and fillings. Thankfully Dr. Sanaa noticed this immediately and was able to fix/prevent future damage done by the pediatric office. He has incredible bedside manner - one of my teens has a bad gag reflex and another has a bit of nervousness in the dental chair, but it has never been an issue at One Bethesda. Dr. Sanaa has performed crowns, fillings, night guards, teeth whitening, etc for us and has always done an excellent job. Dr. Sanaa and the office in general is more on the conservative end when it comes to necessary dental work, which we appreciate. We also love to see Tayler for dental cleanings. She’s very thorough and a bit of a perfectionist, and my teeth always come out squeaky clean as compared to hygienists I’ve had in the past. She is super gentle and also very knowledgable. We've seen some of the other hygienists and doctors at 1 Bethesda as well and they have all been wonderful. The new office at One Bethesda is beautiful and it feels like a spa day when you are there! The equipment is top notch. We now drive about 1 hour each way specifically to go to One Bethesda and it is so worth it! Thank you Dr. Sanaa, Tayler, and the whole 1 Bethesda staff for giving us confidence that we are getting the best dental care possible.

(I’d give 6 if I could!) I had an amazing experience at One Bethesda Dental Center / Dr. Sannaa. From the moment I walked in, the front desk team was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The office itself is immaculate and modern. Emma’s service was absolutely outstanding — she walked me through every step of the process, from X-rays to the 3D scanning for Invisalign. Her knowledge, care, and attention to detail truly stand out. She made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire visit. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for top-notch dental care and a team that genuinely cares about your experience!

I am so happy to have had my first visit at Bethesda Dental Center. The facilities, technology and professionalism are top notch. I went for my Dental Cleaning with Tayler . She was amazing, gentle but thorough. I was also very happy with Dr. Lim who found a cavity during a comprehensive oral evaluation and he went to further explain and showed me in detailed where it was. I will definitely go back for that crown to avoid additional decay. The location is right by Bethesda metro.

My dental hygienist Emma was incredible — gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything. My experience was absolutely amazing! The staff is so friendly and very understanding! I felt zero judgment. I’m BEYOND terrified of the dentist but after today I can’t wait for my next appointment.
