I had a pleasant experience with the friendly and helpful staff when purchasing items; However, I was not informed that all items marked with 'Outlet Price' are FINAL SALE because "Outlet Price" items are not "Full Price" items. I only discovered this policy when I attempted to return them 2days after the purchase with items brand new and unopened. This lack of communication is misleading and disappointing. Clear communication of refund policies at the time of purchase is crucial for customer satisfaction

Worse customer service, this place had a sink but they have no soap as tester only lotion, when asked if there was the soap tester they actually said they purposely removed it to not have people wash their hands. And they insinuated that the customers would come in just to wash hands and say they’re not a bathroom. Rude lady making customers feel uncomfortable. Ridiculous behavior to tell the customer that they need to go to the restroom around the corner when the ocustomer wants to buy soap at their store..

L’Occitane has permitted conduct by its employees that I reasonably believe constitutes racial discrimination against a customer. The company did not meaningfully address my good-faith complaint and instead chose to block me on social media rather than engage in resolution. The documented timeline of events and correspondence is available through the Better Business Bureau complaint record. December 24, 2024, at 3pm. waitress was preventing customer from browsing, she was just standing in front of a display shelf, no matter how I tried to reach out to that area, she refused to move away, and then she walk away and talked to another waitress with Cantonese in another area which I was brwosing, I can't even move.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff, nice selection of items including gift items, glad they could also wrap our gift beautifully. We received a free little lip balm too which was nice. I only wish their flagship full size foot and hand creams went on sale!

Really nice and attentive sales people. Products are on the expensive side but worth it. Hand soap for $29 but its like soap and lotion in one. Nice variety of products and is excellent for cute gift sets that are surprisingly affordable.
