Customer service is amazing, though she wasn’t familiar of the french brand Vichy she called and asked and helped me find the area for it. Sadly there’s only a handful but hopefully there will be more products of Vichy. It’s the only brand like La Roche Posay that calmed my overly sensitive skin that burned from use of anything Retinal or HA products from Korean brands to JBeauty and Original. I am from Toronto and visit my family often and I forgot my Vichy cicalfate wash. I decided to get the La Roche Toleriane wash.

I wasn't impressed ans judging by the comments, I'm not the only one. Literally just left out of here. Upon arrival a person was putting stock up. I asked about full face concealer stating that I'm not really a makeup wearer but knew I wanted that. I have no idea about color match and needed some assistance. They pointed me in the direction of some product lines and said they would help once they finished stocking the product they had out. I lingered between the options they picked and waited. Another person was walking around and noticed me twice but didn't bother to help. The first person was done stocking but didn't come back to me like they'd said. I just left because it felt like they really weren't interested in my business. Felt like an obligation rather than a customer.

I’ve been to many Ulta stores, but by far this is the best one with the best customer service. As soon as I walked in, a friendly associate (I didn’t catch her name) helped me right away. She showed me exactly where the product was located and even did a shade match for me. She was very attentive, patient, and genuinely nice. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this store — definitely the best Ulta I’ve visited so far!

First off, being a platinum member I did not particularly care for my experience at this location today. That's he availability of products is great but the customer service not so great. Why are all of the sales associates hanging out at the registers and none on the floor assisting customers? I had to go up front to ask if someone can help me color match a foundation. The girl "supposedly" told someone over the walkie. I waited almost 10 mins and still no one came. I matched myself to the best of my abilities, made my purchase and left. I don't think I want to shop at this store anymore.

I usually go to this Ulta a lot since it’s super close to my house, normally I don’t leave negative reviews like this but the sales manager that was ringing up my products today at Ulta was not nice. I kind of wished that she approached me a lot nicer especially if she didn’t know about the free gift for students that has been going on. She told me there was nothing found on the system after I explained what the barcode is for. But the way she talked was filled with so much attitudes(there was no line and no one behind me). The conversation did not last longer than 1-2 minutes, so I still don’t get why she treated me like I gave her such a hard time. I got an email after doing the verification to prove that I’m a student. I even apologized when I first asked, if they didn’t allow it, I would have still purchased the terms without the free gift involved. Anywho, if you see this sales manager, she is not nice and doesn’t do a good job considering her title there.

I got my hair done by Mona and she is fantastic. She was very attentive to what I wanted and gave me the exact results I asked for. Very friendly and I know I’m always in good hands. The salon was clean and organized as well. All staff were friendly. I will always rebook with Mona.

Great costumer service, everyone greets you with a big smile and they look pleasant to help you as well as they give good deals. The environment looks very clean and organized. All the products José recommended to use are super good quality. The manager on shift which I believe is Jose was very patient and helpful when trying to find my exact shade of foundation. Definitely coming back!!! 🥰❤️
