Luxury Beauty Store

I drove to the premium outlets specifically to visit Luxury Beauty Store and purchase Kiehl’s, as I regularly do. After checking out, my card was charged (the transaction shows on my bank statement), but because the register could not print a receipt, I was told I could not take the products I had already paid for. To make matters worse, the store manager, Julie, dismissed the issue by saying "that happens" and refused to allow her staff to provide me with my items. As a side note, her staff did the best they could and simply followed orders. Julie was not even in the store. This was all over the phone. This is unacceptable. I left the store charged, empty-handed, and extremely disappointed. You have lost a loyal customer. I expect a prompt refund and hope you take this as an opportunity to address how your business is being run.

Avoid shopping here. Very unpleasant and rude sales woman. Fragrance samples are at the checkout where only the sales team can access. You have to keep asking for samples and she keeps getting annoyed. No returns or exchange, it is written very small on the payment terminal which no one can notice. I would never shop here again.

They have a nice collection with lots of discounts. But please make sure to check your receipt. They make lots of mistakes. Not sure if they do it intentionally but I experienced it multiple times.

They have some absolute steals here on fragrance and cosmetics. I received good service but even if I didn't, it wouldn't matter at these prices. Some of the higher end of what you would find at sephora is literally 75% off. Gents, get your cologne and the women in your life gifts here and look no further.

Jackie, the sale there, is really mean. She said "you are so rude" in front of me twice. Just because I'm confused about the discount of lipstick. She said "I don't need you to teach me how to work" when I just trying to figure out why the discount is different from each color. She's mean and rude and she never say sorry to me. If you meet Jackie, don't let her help you!
