I ordered from here twice. Both times ordering the Pizza Pocket on Uber. And on Uber I listed the item as "If sold out, refund, do not replace" both times. And both times it was replaced with a completely different item anyway. I’m typing this review right after having ordered and they sent me two cold and soggy chicken sandwiches that aren’t even edible and smell terrible instead of giving me my refund, and Uber won’t do anything about it. If you’re going to have an item out of stock, then at least have the courtesy to unlist it. Their phone doesn’t even work so I can’t even call them about the issue. This is absolutely ridiculous. I don’t ever type reviews but this is absolutely ridiculous.

Today, I went in just to exchange five $20 bills for two $50s. Both guys told me they didn’t have any cash at all and claimed they hadn’t sold anything. I literally saw two customers before me each spend well over $100. When I pointed that out, they changed their story and said they hadn’t "opened anything." I’ve honestly never seen such blatant liars. Absolutely disgraceful employees.

Went in last night around 1030 and spent 40 dollars and buddy didn't even put all my items in the bag, specifically my damn near 20 dollar box of cigarettes. Tried to call they don't answer and I'm not going to walk back in 18° weather in the middle of the night. Charging it to the game, but I'm not shopping there any more. Too expensive and this made me mad this evening.

Worst 711 and most disrespectful employees, As soon as I walked through the door I said I want a pepperoni pizza and two hot dogs, The guy said pay now I said no ill pay after I receive my food, he said ebt you must pay now. I said to him why do you assume im paying with ebt? And im not paying until I receive my food, I am a cash paying customer and I don't see anything wrong with ebt but the fact that this happened to me twice at this store makes me extremely angry because they assume and yes ill say it, because im a black woman im paying with ebt and I was told to pay for my food in advance, so yes I was very angry and they never hold themselves accountable at this store and talk disrespectful to black women. This isnt the first time and ill never return to this 711 again

I was also kicked out for having a service pet. I tried to explain I have a service pet and just getting a cold drink on a hot day and they kicked me out. They even have a sign posted outside indicating they allow service animals. But contrary to FRANCHISE policy they would not serve me. Horrific!!! I put a complain in to corporate!
