A one star review, And it’s not for staff or the service. It’s the fact that I call for an appointment October 1, 2025 and the first available appointment is March 27, 2026. That’s over five months wait, almost 6 months, for a new patient appointment at UAMS dermatology clinic. Absurd.

Dr. Phelan, Dr. Hope, Dr. Wu, and Dr. Good have given exceptional care and guidance to my wife during diagnosis and the hospital stay involving Bullous Phempigoid. I one hundred percent recommend them for any skin related issue you may have.

I have been going to UAMS Health Dermatology Clinic over 20 years. I am very pleased with the service that I have received. If you decide to go see Kathleen Speigh.

It's been a year, but it was excellent. Just tried to see Dr. Wong when we return end of October. His next first re-visit is early December. Says how good he and his staff are. We live in La., so I will check in for our next return to LR after our October visit.

Dealing with this place is so frustrating when it comes to trying to reach someone on the phone. Nurses do not return phone calls; appointment lady barely wanted to talk and very unfriendly. I do have to say that when at appointment time, the staffs are friendly. I just wish contacting them through phones are just as nice.

Do not go here they treated me well but really didn’t give a mess about my health put me on a bunch of medicines that made me very sick I had to get off them when I brought it to them that it’s the medicine they basically told me it’s not the medicine keep taking it so I had to find a new doctor I’ve been fighting this sickness for months recovering day by day taking medicine to recover from the very bad sickness the doctors gave me by taking all these medicine that wasn’t meant to be taken for my problems.

I went for a mole removal (benign) and walked out with a $470 charge after insurance paid $800. The reason for the high cost? I am told it is because it is a clinic in the hospital so you will get a clinic bill ($162) plus a hospital bill (remainder). I came because it was in network. Do not come here and go out of network if you have to.
