I had a 5 star experience at Arkansas Dermatology Mohs Surgery for skin cancer. Karissa, the receptionist, was friendly, Carla, the nurse, was professional, compassionate and informative. She had a calm tone of voice and advised me step by step of each aspect of the procedure. Dr. Chase Purnell was exceptional. I highly recommend Arkansas Dematology and Dr. Jason Smith at Arkansas Otolarngology Center surgical center. He was professional and informative. He thoroughly explained the reconstruction surgery complete with a diagram. The nurses, particularly Charlie were wonderful.

First time visit with this clinic and they were outstanding. Dr.Dienhart was a complete professional and made me feel at ease. He removed the melanoma and he didn’t make me feel scared about it The assistant Julia was amazing and she really went above and beyond in her care.

First appointment at Arkansas Dermatology on 8-6-25, Averie checked me in. She is super professional and friendly. I saw Sarah Dennis and Monica for several lesions. They did three biopsies and five freezes. I was very nervous but they made me feel very welcome and they are super amazing people. Very friendly, professional, and knowledge. I will definitely return and highly recommend. These people are amazing! Very much appreciate being treated well and with compassion, they are the best!

Just had Mohs surgery done yesterday by Dr Purnell. He and his assistant Carla were awesome. They explained everything in great detail and were friendly and professional and made it a great medical experience. From the front desk assistant Karissa to everyone involved they are definitely a 5 star medical facility. We were then immediately sent to Dr Jason Smith for follow up plastic surgery. Dr. Smith and his anesthesiologist were awesome as were the nurses helping me before and after. Very personable and highly skilled doctors and nurses made a nervous day both successful and comfortable. Highly recommend Arkansas Dermatology (including my dermatologist Avery Collins in Conway) for personable and quality care.

I have had nothing but really, really wonderful experiences at Arkansas Dermatology. From Avery at the front desk, to Sarah Dennis, to the folks who assist her like Jenny, everyone is SO nice. Skin is so personal (it’s skin!) and it would be easy to feel embarrassed or self conscious at a dermatologist’s office, but they are always warm, welcoming, and helpful . Thank you!

I have been coming here for a couple years. It's comfortable and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I had trouble getting a handle on my psoriasis and the staff here helped me get it cleared up entirely! Love them!
