Love the accessibility of some of the products but the orange hair lady is extremely rude. I came in and she was nice when she saw me browsing, as soon as I asked if I could return or exchange an unopened product she just turned around mid sentence. She made a disgusted face and said no. We were mid conversation and she went over to help out a lady where she told her the return policy. I checked the website and she list refused to acknowledge me until I went to the register to buy another product. One of the testers burned my face after I left and so I wanted to return the product as soon as I had time to. Well within the window listed on the site. She would literally walk away when I began asking her a question at any point.

Having been a Face Shop customer for years, I’ve finally ventured to this location and am so impressed with their selection. I usually brave the crowds at the K Town in Carrollton to go to the Face Shop there. The ladies here are so sweet and truly helpful. What really makes this location stand out is they carry some of the hottest trending k-beauty brands as well: ie Anua, Beauty of Joseon, and Mixsoon. This shop is my usual go to for clean k-beauty skin care that won’t break the bank. Note: before you buy full size products, be sure to ask for samples if they have them, and definitely clarify return policies. Each brand or product may have certain guidelines for returns or exchanges. I haven’t had to do this too often, but with skincare there’s always a chance something could irritate your skin, so do ask them before you commit to buying!

Its alright The sell lady did not even smile when we walk in the shop

Sadly they don’t stand behind the products they sell. I bought a perfume that I have been buying from them for years and about a quarter of the way through the bottle it stopped spraying. When I took it into the store they wouldn’t exchange it because it’s not brand new. What???? I didn’t spend a ton of money there but I loved the perfume and it was go to for gifts for the ladies in my life. They have lost my business. Very sad.

The two ladies there were so rude and impolite they didn’t even respond to my hii or thank you and i asked her about the prices she said it in aggressive way Never recommend it

If you know what you want this place is perfect. The store keepers mind their own business usually. No greeting. But this place have good products. If you have questions and would like someone to cater your need, not the place.

Shockingly rude and completely unprofessional. One of the worst experiences I've had.
