K Beauty Supply

This is my go to spot for beauty supplies - eyelashes, nail polish, makeup, wigs, hair products and tools, and more. The prices you cannot beat! The staff is always nice and makes sure to ask if you need any help browsing because the store has so much inventory of products. If you’re looking for cost effective products, I do recommend this store.

I’ve had NOTHING but good experiences in this store. I always find what I need and everyone in there has been super helpful and friendly every time I go in. I definitely prefer this beauty supply store more than any other one in Plano. If I could give them more than 5 stars I sure would.

I recently purchased sixty dollars worth of stuff from this store and when I brought back the ponytail because it was broken the lady was rude and said she had to call the company and started helping other people. I never have a hard time at gold they treat me with respect. And if I have a problem, they will let me just turn it in and get a new one. I'm never going back here again. Any one who gives somebody at hard time over fifteen dollars is not worth my money. Very disappointed in their professionalism.

Wow, the K Beauty Supply store has everything for your beauty needs. The selection is amazing 😍. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the store is in a good location surrounded by nice restaurants and other amenities. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for beauty products or even clothes and other accessories to check it out. When I'm visiting Dallas next time, I will be going there for all of my beauty supply needs.

Went here from work to grab a quick deep conditioner only to be gestured by an elderly male worker that closing time was approaching. He first followed me to ask if I needed help to find something, to which I said no and then he started to repeatedly point at his wrist and said "Time!" as if I needed to hurry up. Now I understand there may have been a misunderstanding but at the same time, it was only 7:40pm. They close at 8pm as confirmed by the lady at cash register. She said he was trying to let me know closing time was near, but you don't need to do that in ANY business especially if it isn't even within 5 minutes of closing time. Not only that, but this place has awful customer service overall and seems keen on following all their customers as they browse through the aisles as if we have a motive to steal something. Speaking of which. Just about every single product is taped and sealed! I have NEVER been to a hair supply store to see such elementary loss prevention measures in my life. This is totally unnecessary and ridiculously inconvenient for customers open at home. See the image of my product taped everywhere I just bought today...It's insane! To my fellow natural hair care users, do our community a favor and shop elsewhere! You are not welcomed at this establishment besides your money and I refused to continue being exploited. You all should too.

Oh my goodness K Beauty Supply has everything! The store is huge. Every hair product men and women, they have it all. You can’t go wrong with them. They have great deals on their different hair brands too! I love a good deal. This will definitely be my go to when I’m in the Plano area! I think I will stock up on all the deals that they offer ahead of time. They have a variety of different hair brands and products that they offer at a discount.
