I went into ultra today looking for the Glenda wicked perfume … the first person that helped me told me they were sold out and when I asked if maybe they had it at another location she just said probably not but I can go to a different store to check if I wanted or online disappointed but not thinking anything of it. I just started looking around the store and then Rose came up to me and asked me if I need anything. I explained my situation and she gave me the best customer service. She went ahead and looked up another store to see if they had it elsewhere. and behold, they had three in their location. She called one of her managers and looked in the back and she found the perfume. Thank God for Rose or else I would’ve left without purchasing anything. She saved the day she gave great customer service and went out of her way. Rose definitely deserves a raise or a promotion. Best customer service I’ve had in that store. Ulta is lucky to have her

The last couple of times I went in to the store I had pleasant experiences but the icing on the cake was checking out. There was a guy named, Ken on the register. He was very personable, knowledgeable & so polite. Made my entire time at Ulta a wonderful experience.

1st Impressions are the best! Typically, the girls buy stuff on Amazon. Unfortunately, some had issues with the quality, and skin irritation from 'made in China' products. Now we only buy products from Ulta, which a lot of their inventory comes from the US or Germany. Keep up the great work and we'll see you soon!

Stop what you’re doing and go see the team at the Alton in Fort Lauderdale. Elliott is fabulous and really the whole team there is top-notch. They have helped me find some really great fragrances. So helpful and so friendly!!!

Worst haircut by Bradley. 1st time experience with his lack of knowledge. Haircut authenticity is a 7 year old juvenile lacking in skill. His craft is poor. I was a hairdresser for 10 years! He said he knew how to cut Stephen's original haircut on me since Stephen passed away. 😢 Unfortunately I tipped Bradley $20. Haircut blow-dry was $68. Horrible don't go. Tried to deny the charge on my debit card. Crappy Salon at its sorriest point in time. Ends my relationship with that part of the Ulta Store.

The cashier refused to acknowledge a 30% discount on a $12 holiday Bubble item on a table that said explicitly 30% discount on holiday Bubble items starting at $12. Took a picture of the holiday bubble item on the table with that sign, but they still refused.

The products are always good, but the customer service was terrible! Especially from the blonde lady, she didn’t pay proper attention to us and even made faces when I asked if they had a product. She was rude and very unprofessional.
