The Cosmetics Company Store

They have great products and most of the time staffs are friendly. FYI they do inform you no return so i dont knw why some people complain about. Yeah product are limited whatever in the display that’s the shade they have. If you find your shade then you are lucky. I found couple of times.

I was there on Black Friday ,2025. This was my first time went to this store. The sale was huge. The store clark was tired and exhausted. Still they were polite. Who care? I’m there for bargain of cheap products. As long as I get decent prices. I don’t mind anything else. Be mindful. No return. All sales are final.

Second attempt at trying to shop at this location. Store hours don’t match posted hours. Sign indicated that store was closing early, at 4pm due to staffing shortages. Got there at 3:40 and was already closed. This seems to be an ongoing issue. Better to drive to the Albertville location where it’s consistently open.

Wow. I just learned about this place and had to see it for myself. It's basically an Estee Lauder outlet, so they sell Too Faced, Clinique, MAC, Smashbox, Becca, etc. The discounts are fantastic, but all sales are final. With Becca going out of business in a few months, keep an eye out for more highlighters (I hope). I was also able to pick up 3 full size containers of Take the Day Off, and the sales associate helped me shade match an Estee Lauder Double Wear foundation. They don't have every shade, but they have a lot. And I'm grateful for the help with a shade match because I was planning to buy the lighter shade, but bought the slightly deeper shade because of the help, and it's pretty much a perfect match (and a beautiful foundation). I can't say enough great things about my visit to this store. I'll definitely be back.

I had an extremely poor service at this branch yesterday. I came to return and exchange a make up remover "Take the day off" from Clinique because it was too oily and I was getting a rash. Sales representative was so upset with my request and without looking at my receipt she said that she wouldn’t return it because the product looks frozen. I explained to her that it was in my backpack and it got shaken, not frozen since it was 35F outside. Then she switched to her next argument which is that they don’t give returns and exchanges since it was a final sale. I showed her my receipt and was trying to explain that it wasn’t a final sale item and if it was it should have had a red stamp that says so. Also, on the receipt it says returns accepted for exchange or store credit only, but she replied that she can read english and it doesn’t matter what it says on the receipt. I asked her name and she wrote it on my back of receipt, but the name she wrote down didn’t match her name tag and I asked why she wrote a completely different name. She said that her apron was dirty, so that she put on somebody’s apron. I assumed that she was trying to get out of responsibility by blaming somebody else. Her name on the name tag was Jenn and on attached photo you can see what she wrote. I called her a liar and she was so upset and told me to go to the Albertville outlet to return my item since I bought from there and that’s about 2 hours of driving from there. Extremely disappointed!!!

I bought good amount of lipsticks on discount and when I had to use it they turned out to be be just lipstick without any base and cap… And that’s of no use to me now I have spend on case again to use.. I believe staff in the store is supposed to inform the customer that we have picked just the lipstick without the case instead of just focusing on selling the product which is of no use… I am sharing this because everyone who purchases from the store please open the box in front of them and then pay!!!

Please have a friendly staff and not women who are mad at the world and waiting for an opportunity to yell at customers. The current store manager is extremely rude and even asked me to leave the store cause I called her out for using a bad tone. I have loved shopping here and the managers before today were very sweet and helpful. I am sure one person doesn't represent the brand but honestly this is 2024 and with the current market situation ...please don't ask customers to leave.
