Kohl's

a huge retail store that offers house hold products, toys, clothes, kitchenware, gifts and much more. You forget the different variety of products this store has. This location was VERY clean and well organized. We came here around 12:30pm and it wasn't too busy on a Saturday afternoon. Shopping experience was nice as there were no pushy sales person walking around asking you. the employees were nice. the restrooms are quite clean as well. would recommend this spot for gift ideas as they do carry a very wide range of products at an expected price

Our Kohls store is well stocked, we mostly find what we're are shopping for, and if we are able to take advantage of sales, Kohls Cash, coupons, etc. the prices are sometimes quite competitive. The store is staffed with kind, helpful employees as well. The only negative is the checkout process. Recently, there were 15 customers in line, being serviced by 2 employees. It looked like there were three more registers ready to be used, but no on working them. We waited at least 5-7 minutes until someone called for more service reps to report to the other 3 registers. In another 2 minutes, we had 5 registers serving our growing line of customers and the line then moved quite well, no problems. It seems that someone needs to anticipate calling for help when the check out line starts to grow. They had plenty of service reps working, someone just needs to monitor the line better. Keeps the customers coming back, and happy!

An amazing employee named Linda at the Eagan Kohl's helped us and went over & above to make sure we got what we needed. Our thanks to her. We then had to go to Apple Valley Kohl's to complete our shopping. There we encountered a "check out clerk" named Leng who made sure we used all our coupons. Our thanks to her also.

Went to do order pickup. They had a new checkout layout, went in and was not at all acknowledged by the two associates. There was no shoppers at the time (4PM). Then another older lady bypassed the checkout area and was acknowledged first. Luckily she had to find her item first for an exchange. Please train your sales associates to be more aware and positively be verbal to your customers. It’s absolutely awkward and rude! I know most of your staff consist of a certain age but that should not be an excuse to be passive to anyone! Also hands off with touching shoppers phones when to confirm for order pickup! Just kindly have us confirm our purchases, they do not need to physically touch our devices!

We were here looking for a pair of slacks. While we didn't encounter any associates, our visit was pleasant. We found the pants in our leisurely time. The line was not long for checking out. Felicia, checked us out and we're so thankful for her friendliness and patience because while I definitely know I have a rewards account with Kohls, the account would not come up. So we entered info with my email and then the account showed up. Thank you Felicia, hope we get you as our checkout/cashier next time as well.

Older lady at store pick up was very nice. I had multiple orders to pick up yesterday Sunday Dec 7th around 845 pm. She was very helpful and understanding.
