Walmart

I wanted these 2 totes and they were together on the shelf, clearly place together I usually take a picture of items as such because there is always an issue…. Go to pay for them, rang up the wrong price. I took one and grab the other also cause it was a good price. Get to the register, no they were on the wrong shelf and incorrect prices. I used to work for Walmart USED TO….. The employee put them on the shelf, I the customer did not. I as the customer shouldn’t have to spend my time searching and seeing if this is the right price physically or electronically. Employee should be aware of their products. Then mishap wouldn’t happen like this. I should’ve get the price on the shelf where the product was located. Walmart mistake, not mine.

Always extremely busy and chaotic here on the weekends. Convenient location, but difficult to navigate aisles, even on foot as there's just so many people. Parking is the same story, and even worse if one car stops. It seems like the whole parking lot is in gridlock, and that happens often as there's very few parking spots near the door given the design of the parking lot. Many people opt to pick up their orders, and there's insufficient parking even for order pickup, of course if you want your order, what you do is you sit right there waiting for somebody to move and we have gridlock in the parking lot yet again.

Outdated Walmart. Even the main aisles are jam packed with stackout displays that it’s sometimes hard just to get by. There’s a guy that stands up front by self checkout/the exits. I get a skeevy vibe off of him like I’m there to steal. One time as I was leaving he was just like "best of luck!" Then today, as I was checking out I think he was polite to others. So as I finished up, I gave sort of a smile to him, but he just glared at me. I’m not sure if he’s a manager or loss prevention. He’s tall and skinny. I just get bad vibes off of him. I’m at the point where I don’t think I’m comfortable shopping there anymore because of him.

What a joke thos walmart was there was so many ppl here , no carts and used the bathroom in back of store and how nasty it was and am employee came out the stall she walks out the bathroom without washing her hands and after being in this nasty stall.. Some of the employees there had shitty attitudes and just said whatever to get you to leave them alone and had 1 employees just watching me and my buddy to the point it was uncomfortable. Parking was a joke and drove around till we got a spot opened far away. I dont recommend this walmart at alll.

Robin at customer service was amazing. Super personable and helpful and solved my issue with no hiccups at all after another store gave me a little trouble about it. This is a little dramatic but it was legitimately the best Walmart experience I've ever had 😅 Thanks Robin!

Dont buy a car battery here. I purchased a battery here that doesn't hold a charge. They said they could not exchange because battery shows recharge on there tester but they don't have the charger to charge and re test. Manager name Nellie told me I have to go to a store in Apple Valley or west Saint Paul to deal with it. Also while she was testing it I asked to see the procedure she got really rude with me as I was only asking to see the procedure as I am very familiar with the process and return policy made no since to me. They shouldn't be able sell batteries here #Everstart

Came here to do an online pickup order. Customer service had me walk out and stand awkwardly in the middle of the cart and front door area for 10+ minutes. When the pickup guy finally came, he didn't have my order... so I was forced to stand there even longer while he finished his car dropoffs and then went to look for it. Completely bizarre experience. I've never had to do anything like this at any store. Pickups have always been through and at customer service desks.
