My 6 year old was seen twice by Dr. Nathalie Eiranova for a skin condition requiring multiple visits. During both visits, neither her father nor I were adequately informed about the nature of the treatment, its risks, or available alternatives. Informed consent was not obtained prior to the procedure at the first visit, and the doctor attempted to repeat the same procedure at the second visit despite my explicit refusal. At the first appointment, our daughter had about 15 lesions. My daughter's father informed me that Zelsusium was prescribed. Following that appointment, the condition worsened substantially. There are now too many lesions to count and several areas have become painful and infected. For the second visit, I informed the doctor that we were unable to obtain the prescribed topical medication due to cost and insurance denial, and that we preferred liquid nitrogen therapy instead. Dr. Eiranova disregarded my refusal and began preparing to apply the same treatment. When I stated I needed to contact my kid's dad for consent, she responded, "You don't need to call him". I explained that I did because he had specifically told me he did not consent to this procedure being repeated. She told me "You can call him but it's not going to change anything. This is the treatment I'm doing today." At this point she was just a few inches from touching a lesion with the same treatment which was on the end of a swab. I asked her again, while the phone was ringing, "Can you please hold off." She only stopped when I moved to physically protect my child’s leg. During the phone call with her father, the doctor said that liquid nitrogen could not be used because there were far too many lesions. Liquid nitrogen had to be done when she had around 10 or so lesions (approximately the same stage as during the first office visit, when liquid nitrogen should have been offered initially...) My daughter's father provided the doctor with the name of a topical cream insurance said they would approve. The doctor stated it wasn't the best one so she would prescribe a different topical medication more likely to be approved by insurance. After the treatment was applied both the doctor and her assistant exited the room. The doctor's assistant came back into the room later and told me they were instead prescribing the same $3,000 medication we had already reported as inaccessible. This was not what was communicated to the father of my child or what the doctor and I had agreed on. It was again sent to a standard pharmacy rather than a specialty one, and insurance again denied coverage. We have not been able to obtain the home treatment and my daughter is again going without proper treatment for this condition. This practice has repeatedly failed to obtain informed consent, ignored parental authority, prescribed medications that are not financially or logistically accessible, and failed to manage my child’s condition appropriately. These actions have resulted in unnecessary pain, worsening of the condition, and significant financial burden. I would not recommend this practice to anyone, and we will not be bringing our daughter back here. She has an appointment with a different practice to have this properly addressed by a competent medical team.

They don't provide billing to your home address, instead you have to pay on the spot..they claim it's a "strict office policy" big red flag for me. I never made it past the front desk so I can't speak about the quality of the doctors. Also unrelated but this building is just awful, looks ran down and there is also a BUM outside charging public parking for $2.. disgusting behavior

I’ve gotten sooo many compliments at work at how great my skin looks since I’ve started coming here! I am so happy with everything she recommended! I came in with several issues and so pleased to say she resolved all of them! 💗 I see Gabriela and she’s always very thorough, always asks if there’s anything else I need help with and resolves my concerns with care and speed.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service and treatment I received at your office today, January , during my scheduled appointment with Dr. Vitor Weinman. My primary care physician, Dr. Thierry Jacquemin, referred me to Dr. Weinman due to concerns about an irregular mole on my face. I booked my appointment online and received an email confirmation for it. However, from the moment I arrived, the receptionist's unprofessional behavior made what was already a stressful situation much worse. Despite my punctual arrival, the receptionist showed little regard for my presence, prioritizing phone calls over addressing me. After waiting for an extended period, I approached the desk, only to be met with a dismissive and rude attitude in front of other patients. She claimed that my name was not on the appointment list and demanded I provide proof of my reservation. When I attempted to retrieve the confirmation email, she continued to treat me disrespectfully, asking me to sit down in an unnecessarily curt manner. This behavior not only embarrassed me but also caused significant frustration. As someone with a busy schedule, I took time out of my workday and traveled a considerable distance for this appointment. Despite my efforts, I was ultimately not seen by the doctor. The receptionist mentioned that without a follow-up call or email the day before, my appointment would not be confirmed. However, this is contradictory to the email confirmation I received. Even if a mistake had been made, there is no justification for such unkind and unprofessional behavior from a healthcare provider’s team. Patients visit your office seeking care and understanding, not to be treated with disdain. I am sharing this experience as constructive feedback, hoping it will prompt improvements in your office's customer service. Dr. Thierry Jacquemin speaks highly of Dr. Weinman, and I trust his recommendation. Unfortunately, my experience today does not reflect the high standard of care I expected from your practice. I kindly request that this matter be reviewed, and appropriate steps are taken to ensure that no other patients have a similar experience.
