Jamie Powell is amazing, super knowledgable and honest with the service. She did a super thorough job with the express diamond glo facial, and my skin felt and looked amazing after. She even went out of her way to help me find my lost earring, overall highly highly recommend 🙂

I had a very disappointing experience at SkinSpirit Palo Alto. No one called to inform me that my appointment today was only for a consultation — I was expecting an actual treatment. To make matters worse, my appointment was moved to a later time to accommodate another client, which was both inconsiderate and unprofessional. When I brought this up, Rachel, the manager, showed little accountability and offered no real solution. Clear communication and respect for clients’ time should be a basic expectation, especially at a place that promotes luxury service. Unfortunately, this experience left me frustrated and I won’t be returning.

I booked an appointment here with Jamie and had nothing to say except great things. She knew exactly how to treat my imperfections and did a thorough job. My skin after has never glowed, felt lighter and felt more hydrated than before. The experience was also really enjoyable and relaxing. Would come back 100%!
